Lifepoints help desk never helps. I've been trying for more than a month to no avail. I am unable to login to my account. I have accumulated more than ******* lifepoints. Everytime I'm told that they will get back to me but no one does. Be honest and say that the account is closed or you cannot do anything. Lifepoints don't really deserve a star.
Was a member for many, many, many years with no problems, then just cancelled without any explanation and my hard earned points were stolen.
It took a few weeks for Customer Service to get back to me as to why my account was cancelled and why they absconded with my points. Of course, like the others on here whose accounts were cancelled, they just sent me a list of POSSIBLE REASONS as to why my account was cancelled, but no precise reason. Of course, not - because they don't really have a valid reason! Once cancelled, points are forfeited. STAY AWAY unless you don't mind them taking your points that you worked hard for. Check the BBB for more bad reviews.

I've received the same auto response from them as everyone else where they are closing long standing members accounts with no good reason besides you violated there terms. There responses are copy and paste the same and no consideration given. I believe everyone having these issues should report them. I've been a member since my survey years and years ago.

It's over a month that rewards page doesn't work. The message is "error too many redirects". They have problem with their server. I have contacted them several times but nothing yet.

My account was randomly deactivated. I lost over 3000 points and they'll not do anything about it. The reasoning is extremely vague. Seeing other reviews here it's clear that they are just using their members are their time and then closing their accounts before they have to pay. Great business model I guess. I don't recommend it to anybody. It's a scam!

I have been with Lifepoints for 5 years and now that I accumulated some 1500 points they cancelled my account without any reason and they can only say that I violated some conditions. There is no transparency and I think they close most accounts that have significant points saved.

Obviously I am not the only one who lost points because of this shady business. I was a member it was still Global Test Market then changed to Lifepoints. Will close your account out of nowhere saying you violated the terms. Will not tell you what you have violated. Just copies and pastes paragraphs from a manual and then ignores you (that's if they are real people answering and not bots). I am sure my points got split up among some employees who needed them. The fact that there is no phone number to call tells me this is sketchy as all-get-out. Don't join or get out while you can. I lost almost 5000 points yo these characters.

Like many other people have mentioned, I was told that I violated Lifepoints terms and conditions. I have been a panelist for this company for many years(I was previously a member of Lighspeed panel). They were prompt when I requested gift cards, I have never had issues with them before, so this came out of the blue. I sent an email to find out what were the terms and conditions I violated? I received the same ridiculous generic reply, saying that the evidence was overwhelming. It's pretty clear, they are getting rid of people who have been members for a while, and they also tell you that your points will be forfeited. It's clearly unethical what they are doing, so be warned!

I joined this panel many years ago and after some time they did not recognize my email or my password. I managed to close that membership and forgot about it. I joined again few months age and the same thing happened again. There is no support for this problem- let alone a contact info.

Surveys are easy to complete and you get points towards rewards, once you actually have enough points to make it worth redeeming they will cancel your account and tell you that you have violated their terms, total sham and a complete waste of time.

I was a member of LifePoints for years, since when it was named MySurvey. I loved being a member and took surveys as a side gig. Eventually I collected enough points to redeem for Amazon gift cards and other stuff, like PayPal. Out of nowhere, they cancelled my membership when I had well over enough points for at least $100. I tried to get an explanation and all I got was a robotic response that others have gotten basically about me violating their Terms of Service. I wanted more specifics because I wasn't sure how I did this. I'm a fast reader and did speed through surveys because of this, and strived to provide honest answers. I'm not sure what it is I did but I was robbed. I only gave them 2 stars simply because of the fun I had being a member and making a little extra money. Don't recommend them!

I have been doing these surveys for a while and had to email them to reactivate my account as I had not logged in for a while. I had a pitiful email back claiming that I did not pass security checks, after looking online about this I discovered an awful lot of people have had the same problem. Also some of the surveys are very long so the little amount earned hardly seemed worth it. Terrible company, don't recommend.

Like many other people, my account was closed. After looking at their TOS, if you don't do a survey within 90 days, they will close your account without notice. That's right, without notice.
It's fraud. They just close your account so they keep the points. I will be writing to some lawyers about a class action lawsuit. I am sure many people would love to join. So, here goes my 1 star review. Never had a problem with Branded Surveys and others.

I was a member of Lifepoints for 10 years and they closed my account yesterday with no reason. They said there was "overwhelming" evidence that I violated their Terms and Conditions. What? I have been doing the same surveys for 10 years and now there is a problem? Very dissatisfied with their actions. Since they gave me no details, I cannot tell you what you can do differently to avoid this.

They will waste your time and deactivate your account right when are able to cash out. They do this often to many members for no reason. I lost all of my points and my account when I was able to use it the week before with no issue. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Legit app for surveys! Been using life points for 3 months now they give you more points and shorter surveys! It takes 3-5 days to receive the rewards but it surely gets deposited! Thank you Life points!

I was doing surveys with lifepoints. Cached out one time with a $5 Amazon gift card...cool. Then I built up about 2700 points then out of no where they cancled my account. I want whats owed to me and others ripped off by then. I also filed a report with the BBB.

I had points waiting to redeem and went to login this morning and was told me account was cancelled. They will give no reason, just that I have broken their T's and C's which I have not. There is no recourse. I have just been cancelled. This is after issues with their site where they spuriously gave me a minus balance for a month. I wonder if they have not caused problems system wise that is creating whatever violation.
What ever the reason they are stealing peoples points.

I worked for lifepoints for about a week got 1200 point and when I tried to redeem my points they cancelled my membership so I never got paid

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
