In addition to the surveys on the site, you can also download a fun little app with extra surveys, like surveys on-the-go, where you survey while at the gym or restaurants. I've made about $150 so far.
My Survey was once my favorite survey but when I last reached my payout time they kept locking me out of my account. I tried several times to alleviate the situation. I finally got them to open my account long enough to spend most of my point rewards but then they locked my account again. I finally gave up on them.
They treat ppl like monkeys giving them bananas aka 80 points. So tired of clicking on a survey for them and it says 10 minutes and the survey says we have a fun survey for you that will take 34 minutes, NO BIATCH! I clicked on a 10 minute survey, WHY YOU LIE? Then at the end did you like our surveys HELL F-ING NO! The best way to deal with these surveys is to LIE so thats what I do. You wanna treat me like a POS, you get POS answers.
I've spent hours answering surveys and finally cashed in a bunch of points for an Amazon gift card worth $25. Each survey, IF you qualify, is worth pennies. And I do mean pennies, as in less than a nickle.
Some of the surveys are quite involved. Many ask a series of questions and then notify you that the survey is closed or that you don't fit their parameters. You are awarded sweepstake entries in recompense, not points.
If you have nothing else to do with your day, by all means, go ahead and participate.

Just joined and I must agree with most folks complaining about this site. Their rewards amount to $0.10 each when and if you ever earn the rewards as seldom able to answer survey as some part way through you are not what they are looking for or the sit fails and you get no reward points. It is in my spam folder now and is automatically deleted. Would give them zero stars if I could.
You complete larger reviews in total then get error message and no credit. You almost complete entire surveys then get redirected and say you are not what they need!
Have been with my survey for a while have to admit i only get to complete about one in every 10 surveys, however recently i have not been able to complete any survey, at one stage i had 9 surveys sitting in my account to be completed unfortunately i could not complete a single one of them, i just keep getting told that the site was busy and to try later, or i got an error message, this has gone on now for over a week, this site has gone down hill, and i do not think it it wort my time anymore!
Still waiting for an explanation!
After many years & more hours & surveys than I can even remember I have accumulated a very good amount of points that I was ready to cash in for paypal so I could do some bill pay & granddaughter shopping only to discover that they I dont exist on there site... Have contacted them on Facebook & through FB Messenger only to get the we will help but I send all my info & get no response. If you are thinking of joining this site my advice would be DONT DO IT
I have accumulated a fairly large amount of points. However, the rewards page keeps telling me I am "unauthorized to redeem" these points. One "solution"was a falilure. Further requests for hep to Life Points are unanswered and not resolved.
They took my personal info and now I can't can't log into my account. I am freaking out. The stupidest $#*! about this is that I have linked my credit card to my the account
This used to be an enjoyable survey site, but they have gotten progressively worse over the last couple years. Server errors are the norm, with no points being credited for completing surveys. Reporting errors to them almost always results in denial of points. Bottom line is, even when everything is working as it should, you earn approximately $0.27 per hour, and much less than that lately.
You WILL NEVER CASH OUT. They will take all your info then say you screened out. They will never get to that cash out! I had to delete my account. They should be ashamed of themselves.
Dont waste your time with this site they are nothing more than pondscum who will do anything to notnpay your rewards. They aren't worth your time. So dont waste it with t th hese idiots
I am vacillating on this. I have been a member for 15+ years. During my early years I only did a couple of surveys because I was working and the last thing I wanted to do was go from computer at work to computer at home. I am now retired for 5 years and have more time to take surveys. The surveys are interesting and fun. Some surveys concerning your health are too intrusive and I do not answer them. What I have noticed is that there are more errors on their part. Examples are "there is a survey waiting for you" then you click on the survey and it is "under construction". Then why even say there is a survey waiting? Another example is when you complete a survey you get an error message. Very frustrating. I read some of the reviews and noticed that I am not the only one who has had this problem. Other issues are the "mini polls" that will ask a question and you have 5 answers to chose from but 3 of the answers are blank or on the opposite end of the spectrum, you have the answers but the question is blank. Their IT people need to be replaced. And here is another issue: I am answering a survey and in the middle of the survey I get a remark that states "it seems you have already taken this survey". What!? And then the kicker is, the survey is then placed in your "surveys to be completed" category. And you can't complete it. I do not have any problems with receiving the prizes (check, gift cards, etc.) so that is why I will still stay with Mysurvey.com. But it is frustrating and will be a turnoff if you just joined and are encountering these issues. I truly truly truly hope they get their act together. Maybe hire some 5 year olds who know IT issues.
I recently joined my survey with promises of rewards given for each survey taken. I spent 2 hours joining up with all personal details, filled out many lifestyle surveys (unrewarded) which afterwards I awaited my next survey to complete to start receiving rewards. The next day I was blocked from my account and could not access anything. When I contacted them to see what the problem was I was sent an automated email again and again saying:
'Our system recognised a problem with your account information and for this reason it is no longer active. This is due to the data provided by you in the registration process not being in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We are afraid that, according to our privacy policy, we cannot disclose any further information about our operational procedures'
I again contacted My Survey another way and was given no explanation or help whatsoever and have not heard back. This is obviously a huge scam to collect personal information, I'm disgusted this site is allowed to exist.
Seems like a long haul to reach the goal but is well worth it in the end. Lots of surveys that cover a wide range of subjects.
Well I joined mysurvey recently through my desktop. Surveys seemed ok but there wasnt an awful lot of them and it wasnt clear when you had been filtered out of a survey (which was usually after you had spent a fair bit of time on one) and I seem to think there was at least one survey that I completed but was not credited for. They emailed me to say I had won a fiver in the sweepstake but it was not credited to my account. So I emailed them saying it had not been credited. No reply. Then I noticed I stopped receiving any new "survey available" emails and a week or two after that I noticed that I could no longer log into my account. They seem to have closed my account without explanation. I have done a number of surveys and my account was closed before I had enough points to cash in so I have received absolutely nothing for my time. Also their android app is useless. I say avoid these fly by night con men.
One word describes this lot and that word is "Shysters"
You spend over one hour doing ONE Survey and when you are finished you click to receive your award, and, you've guessed it, an Error Message appears! One hour of YOUR time but no reward! Some people would describe this as "Fraud"!
Avoid!
I would like to let you know how I got back into the mysurvey site. If you send an email to lightspeedresearch.com they will help you. I finally contacted them and they got me back into my account. They told me my problem was I needed a new password and since I have done that I have not had any trouble getting into my account. I hope this helps someone.
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
