In the past 2 weeks, I have completed 3 surveys, tried to submit them and each time got an error message. Now their "Help" desk are claiming I didn't complete the surveys but was screened out - don't they think I know the difference? Before this, I have contacted them I don't remember how many times with the same problem. I am no longer willing to waste my time and will unsubscribe after I get as much of my money out of them as I can.
Mysurvey has turned into a scam site! You will complete a week long survey with various profile surveys and after you finally submit it will go to error. Then you will spend even more time messaging costumer service and they will copy paste messages and mark it as solved even though Its not! Do not waste your time with this site because I have worked for them for free plenty of times because this has happened before with the week diaries and surveys. They write you off saying it will take 6 weeks to look into it and if you don't get credit we will not have an explanation wtf?! SCAM. MEANWHILE other sites would literally just give you the daMN 400 pts so you could finally cash out for a dare I say it actual reward! Do not sign up for this ratchet scam site or do so if you want to waste time with supposed costumer service and work for free. It's a shame because it used to be a stand up company until it changed owner. I more then second everyone that's shared my exact experience it's not just my situation it's how it is for everyone here it goes to error after you submit to avoid getting any credit that you completed and worked for. Disgusted with this site!
I have been with MySurvey for many years and have been very happy. They recently had some problems and I couldn't seem to get any help with anything, no response from them-nothing. Finally they got back to me and told me to change my password. I did and it has worked perfectly ever since. I am getting all kinds of surveys now.
I have completed the Beverage Diary. Now, after completion, it states that my account was suspended. I can't even get help by pressing the Help Center buttons.
They must have been taken over by someone else as the help needed now is NON-EXISTENT.
I was a member of mysurvery.com for a good number of years. I got paid fairly well for the surveys and the checks never bounced. However, last year, it seemed like the site dried up, and, while before, I was getting surveys to complete on a regular basis, but now, there are no surveys at all. Did not get any answers from the website, either.
Somethings seems fishy...
When you do month long surveys, such as "My Purchase Diary", for a supposed 1000 points, and when you go to submit and mysteriously get an error message or other reasons you are not awarded your points, what does that tell you? My Survey is getting paid for its members to complete these surveys. When they can avoid awarding points, they keep the money. I completed two of these month long surveys recently, and in both cases, no points, and ridiculous excuses from them. Not any more.

My account was also mysteriously inactivated. My emails have gone unanswered, as has postal mail that I sent to the company's listed address. I had been accumulating points for a long time and would like to collect my rewards as promised!
I have been a member since 2006 and have never had a problem with the checks they send me. This last check I received this month was returned and my bank charged me a $15 fee. So not only didn't I get my $20 for doing the surveys. I had to pay $15 our of my pocket. I have always had issues with getting points for every survey you do as well as wasting 10 minutes answering questions just to say you don't qualify.
Do not waste your time. These people rip you off! You can spend hours doing surveys and then they do not give you your credit. And if you write them to try and get the credit you earned they are extremely rude and do not give it you!
I had to stop using them. Although they send the payments you have earned, many of their surveys last at least 30 minutes and they got to the point where they were arbitrary about crediting you for the surveys you successfully completed. The straw that broke the camel's back was not getting the 750 points that were promised for finishing a certain survey that took about three hours total.
That so-called Help Center is a joke. When you submit a complaint you get the typical copy/paste response from these jokers. They are apologetic about it and say they are trying very hard not to let it happen again blah blah blah... They consider the matter SOLVED and you still don't get the points. I've done this several times and get the same b/s reply. And if you do get some sort of credit, it will likely be like 10 useless sweeps entries. Has anyone actually won something with sweeps entries? I didn't think so.
Has anyone got any Ideas. I have been doing "My Survey' for probably 2 Years. About 3 weeks ago, it changed. Suddenly, every Survey went from "Directing to Survey", Straight to "Report Issue". My Survey has given Computer Settings to check, but all is OK. Can anyone assist as to why this has happened. Myself, and Computer wise Friends are stumped. HELP!.
Gives two surveys to complete then sends surveys which arent compatible with device or some other generated excuse dont wadte your time on this scam $#*!
I keep getting emails that I've qualified for Survey after survey, but when I click on all my waiting surveys, they NEVER load. I'm stuck at the "Waiting for mysurvey.com to load" screen. I've kept it up for hours and the surveys never load. Seeing all the other reviews, I am convinced it's a huge scam. I agree with previous posters; why do some many news sites and blogs continue to promote this company?
Like so many, I've been with MySurvey for a very long time and without warning or explanation, my account was also inactivated. And like so many, I would do surveys and log in regularly.
What really upsets me, not only was I an active member, I was in the middle of a product testing for them! Finally, the company who hired MySurvey for this test emailed me and asked me where I was!
I'm so disgusted MySurvey put me in that position. How they can sleep at night treating their loyal members like this is beyond me. And as many others, I've emailed them several times with no answer.
Took all of my personal information, got my permission to use it, then said my zip was invalid. It's an old one, shouldn't have been a problem! Be very wary, now I have to go change my passwords... what a bother!
I did the online registration to do paid surveys, gave all my personal details and was simply told at the end that I was not accepted. No explanation, nothing! I felt like I had had my personal details extracted under completely false pretenses. I understand that they must have certain demographics that they're looking for but clearly educated people who are just wanting to supplement their income with a little extra do not form part of this! If this is you, stay away, you; re wasting your time!
Most of the time I'll sit there for 5 minutes answering questions only to be told i dont qualify. Points are never awarded when finishing surveys. Don't sign up here its a waste of time
If I could give NO stars, I would.
And I have over ******* points in my account when suddenly my account was no longer active! I received no explanation. I was able to log in this past Saturday. When I tried the next day it told me that it was inactive account. Bollocks! I've been with them for at least eight years. They will not respond to my questions regarding this, and I have been doing it every day since this happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! STAY AWAY!
If they cancelled my account, they should at least have the balls to say so. This used to be my favorite survey site, but now I am very disillusioned.
Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
