Since life points has taken over from My Survey I cannot sign in to my account, I cannot change my password. I cannot contact them. I am waiting on a voucher that I redeemed over a month ago and have not received it!

This is a well set out site with interesting surveys and easy to navigate I would recommend it as a way to make some pocket money and pass a little time. It also give you a feeling of being listened to and that your opinions matter.

It's not one of the best I use, but not the worst ever. Not as much points as others, and most the survey was too long Surveys are the only way I can earn money, so like it or not, I do what I haave to do!

I did surveys with them when they were My Survey which I did for some time earning a fair bit. Until they suddenly closed my account for no reason and no warning before I was able to cash out.
I thought I'd try them since they changed to LifePoints but I've had the same trouble again. I earn a bunch of points and take part in some ongoing things with apps installed for points. Once again, i've lost my account and all my points.
Avoid them, don't waste your time. Yes, you'll save up points but there's a good chance you won't get to use them.

It's frustrating to complete or even qualify on survey's however once you get going it's not tooo terrible, the money is real but they don't pay until up to the last possible moment but if you take your time and just let things just kinda happen with these guys then things seem to start running a bit smoother and quicker

100% a SCAM
Iv earned up to £30 cash, iv split this up in, £10 paypall £10 google voucher and £5 starbucks voucher
Iv waited over the 10 business working days and still zip, i have contacted there CC by the chat box and they just say they forwarded it to some department
DATA BREACH!
This week i have has 2 called with people calling me by my x army name! There has only been 1 document in the past 15 years with that name and thats on this pc and iv only installed the MC+ this year on this pc that info is not out there so im 100% its come from life-point and there software MC+
So to summarise
NO PAY OUT
DATA BREACH
AND THEY OPEN DOCUMENTS WITH IN YOUR PC and EXTRACT SENSITIVE INFORMATION WITH OUT PERMISSION!

The current LifePoints used to be GlobalMarketTest surveys. It was not perfect but I was a member sin ce 2015 and I only had minor issues until the end on last year, right before LifePoints took over. After this, it has been terrible. No points awarded for finished surveys, getting less points that advertised, etc. Because there's no record on anything, you can't prove that they misled you or messed up. Even the primitive GlobalMarketTest platform had better survey history record, so at least you could have some sort of proof. Anyhow, I got tired of the crap and cancel my account with them. I may give them a chance at some point in the future, but for now I'll stay the hell away from them scammers.

Yeah they give you lifepoints for completing each survey but most of the time they kick you out when you are almost done with the survey (98% done with the survey) and you get nothing. Sometimes they promise you like extra 250 lifepoints If you agreed to be filmed while watching advertisement but you only get the corresponding points for completing the survey not the PROMISED extra lifepoints! Scam as its finest!

I joined Lifepoints about a month ago they sent me a ton of surveys I thought ok this is a great way of making some extra money I did all the survey's I qualified for and brought my balance up to get a $40 Egift card submitted in for it over 2 weeks later still waiting for this so I tried to login to see what the problem was I can't login my membership keeps saying not available I sent them a Email to ask why I keep getting this message and why they haven't gave me my Egift card but they haven't replied total scams I put all my time into the survey's for nothing I wish I had of seen these reviews before I wish I had never jouned

I was a member of "my survey" and now that they have become "life points", I can no longer access my account and points. I have written to them and so far unsuccessful. I can't even be a new member because my account that I can't access, already exists! What a shambles and a waste of time!
Update: They now call me a fraud because I tried to open a new account. Really they are thieves because there are still points in my inaccessible account!

Been doing surveys with "mysurvey" for years. Did ok with being paid. Then they changed over to life points. They sent emails saying they are almost done, your points are safe, etc etc. kept trying to log in... error message kept saying " opps something went wrong on our end. Sent 4 of their contacts forms in, rec confermations on those being recieved. I then get a e-mail for doing a "telco update" which I have also done for years. So I never got a response in return untill 2 days ago. All 4 from zen desk saying I was eliminated from panel cause I was speeding through surveys... which if that were true would have come up years ago while doing a survey. I have never even done a survey with life points after the change over. Even the zen desk help took months to tell me I speed through surveys. Does NOT make any sense. Im sure they just dont want to pay what they owe many people it seems.

Reviewing Life Points Panel - A scam. Set up to "glitch" at the completion of 30 percent of the surveys. Most surveys will take longer then the estimated time. Not a fair value exchange. Are so many people desperate to earn money or they just want to share their opinion that they don't care about this business having what looks like "dishonest practices" and lacking in integrity? How can big brands use such a company that has so low user satisfaction that they can trust the integrity of the data that this company produces?

For several years I took surveys on MySurvey.com with out any problems, and earned some nice rewards. Then it became LifePoints. I was told that I could use the same ID used for MySurvey. After trying to log in without success, I was told that my account had been CLOSED. After months of back-and-forth emails, I was finally told to join again. When I tried to join I was told that I couldn't join since my email address was already registered... even though my account was supposedly closed! So I got screwed out of the points I had earned. After reading some of these reviews, It appears that I'm not the only one shafted.

I was a member if My Survey for many years and it was great. It was recently taken over by Life points and that is awful. Besides having small problems, suddenly there was a problem with my points. I have about 5000 points. I can't log in to cash them in or answer more surveys because they say my account is " temporarily unavailable." This has been going in for a month. I have contacted them repeatedly. I receive stock responses saying they are working on it but they don't do anything. They have ruined a good thing.

I started off with decent and consistent surveys, accumulate great points and good payouts. But it seems that I gotten them way too much money for their liking. I wrote this after my 3rd survey FAILED YET AGAIN to issue points (see attached picture). The support is also non existent. Forget about this crap site. Go for something else.

I was a member of Globaltestmarket, still got points left when Lifepoints took over, and until then I cannot log in to my own account. Every time I try to log in, I always get "Your email or password was entered incorrectly. Please try again or contact us" pop-up message. I tried to reset my password many times but got no reset email at all. I sent tickets and got template replies that didn't solve anything, I bet they didn't even read any of my tickets. Yet they still send me survey invitations everyday. How annoying is that! Getting tired of this, If the problem still persist, gonna delete my account by the end of this month :((

Answer: I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.
Answer: It might pay for a little while, then judging by the reviews on here including my own, they deactivate your account giving no reason and if you've got money you haven't claimed you won't get it. If you pester 'Emma', eventually she sends emails telling you they deactivated your account because your account was used in another country or internet cafe. It would seem this happens a lot. I would say if you're going to try it, don't let any points build up before you cash out because you're likely to be disappointed.
Answer: I never felt this as a scam since I have already recieved my gift cards in a short span of time.
Answer: Typically it may take upto 5 days for the PayPal to transfer the amount to your account. One thing you have to note that the e-mail for the LifePoints account and PayPal account should be the same, which I faced due to which some delay happened to me.
