I've had Life360 for years. My husband is an OTR truck driver and this app allows me to see where he is at any given moment. Not only that, I know he's safe... as long as he's moving, he's ok, and it tells me when he's safely at a truck stop for the night. As if that's not enough... I recently had occasion join him on some of his overnight stays hours away from where we live... even out of state... and would have had a hard time finding him except Life360 led me straight to him, no errors, no mistakes, no searching. I gladly pay the $7.99 a month fee for all it gives me. Roadside assistance, driver protect, emergency services. It's worth every penny. The negative reviews on this site are a joke!

I had already purchased this app for 2 smart phones and one of the phones started having issues transmitting its location, so I simply uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. This quickly corrected the issue, but I was notified that I was now on a 7-day trial period and that 24.99 would be billed at the end of 7 day's. I replied to the email exactly what I had done and requested that the billing be halted as the app had already been purchased. With no response to my email notification to them, they billed for the 24.99 through my PayPal account. I am furious! By the way there is no phone number posted to get things like this straightened out.

I left my husband of 25 years for this man I fell in love with. We have 4 kids but left my family for this man. Obviously, because I did that, he has fears that I could cheat on him too. He uses Life360 to track me. I was having a business meeting with a man at Peet's coffee but during the meeting, the app showed that I left the coffee shop for 7 minutes. My boyfriend, the man for whom I sacrificed my 25 years of marriage for, ditched me because the app showed that I left the coffee shop for 7 minutes thinking I messed with this business colleague somewhere outside a few blocks in the car. For the last 2 months, I have been having doubts as to whether I made the right decision or not. I prayed that God would lead me to the right path. The app determined my fate. I do not know whether to blame this app or not, but my husband of 25 years sure is happy to have me finally back.

The app needs to be fixed ASAP. It's showing on my partners phone that I left the house at 3am and didn't return until an hour later. When in fact I was at home beside him. This app was causing a lot of trust issues within my relationship. Because how can a GPS app be wrong right. It took me coming here and reading the reviews for my partner to believe that this app is stupid $#*! hell. And other people have had the same experience. I would not recommend this at all..

This is not an accurate app at all and I wouldn't even give it a star but I had to to leave a review. On Wednesday I left my house to drive my son to his basketball practice then went to work. Friday morning (which is this morning) my husband gets on the app to check the history and it shows I left my house Wednesday morning and drove straight to a nearby motel that would be very believable. After fighting and pleading with him that I would never do anything like that and telling him over and over I didn't go to a motel, I asked him to look at my sons history to see what it showed. It shows he went to his basketball practice and he knew I had drove him there but my history did not show that. If it wasn't for that and me asking him to look at the reviews for this app and it having so many bad reviews this day could have turned out way differently which would involve my husband filing for a divorce because of this app reporting false locations. If the tables were turned I would want to believe the app if it was his driving record. I would have accused him and said the proof is right here just like he did. But knowing I didn't go to a motel that day I know this app cannot be trusted and would advise you to believe your spouse or kids if they say this app is not right. I'm also thankful to those who left there reviews because that pretty much saved my marriage. Once again this app cannot be trusted!

This app worked well for several weeks, but now it's just berserk! It updates randomly (but not very frequently), and indicates impossible locations, like, in the middle of a road at midnight, when he's standing right in front of me in the kitchen! Right now, the app shows my son as being in our home - but he is at least 15 miles away. In addition, the app has not updated for 9 hours, so it's pretty worthless. I'm going to have to cancel it...

With this App I discovered my husband has Super Powers. He is able to drive in a perfectly straight line through Buildings, Rivers, even Mountains. He intermittently pops into random homes for anything up to 1 hour. I might also add that he drives faster than a speeding bullet to reach his destination in a mere 6min which used to take 20min. If you're after a map that looks like a child has drawn random lines all over it then buy this product, you'll love the art work. If you're looking for a FUNCTIONING app to show EXACT locations you better look elsewhere. Absolute Crap!

This app used to be so good. I love tracking my kids especially because I work so much, it helps me have piece of mind. However, lately this app had been completely off. It shows my son leaving at random late night/early hours. I got sooo upset at him, thinking he has been sneaking out. Until, I realized something. The route the app shows has him cutting through a cement wall in our neighbor community through people's yards, front and back. Even if that was at all possible, the app states it took only 10 minutes to do all that AND arrive back at home. At that point I had to look the reviews. And big shocker, other people are having the same issue. I had to apologize to my poor son. This app literally almost ruined my faith and trust in my son. I'm not sure what happened to the app that I love, but it really needs to be fixed. Tjis something a lot of people rely on and its failing some of us.

This app has been wonderful for our family. There are obviously some kids that don't like it (as is evident by the pretty humorous tantrums being thrown in the comments here). If your kids are well behaved and for the most part trustworthy, then they will probably like this app too. If they like to sneak around and don't want their parents to know their whereabouts, then they probably won't like the app. This is a huge compliment to Life360! To those that complain about battery life, the app needs GPS to determine your location, and GPS radios typically require a significant amount of power, especially if you use drive detection mode. Your complaint about this would more accurately be directed toward the phone manufacturer. This app can't do its job without GPS location updates.
