I usually stay awake longer than my girl, but one night I fell asleep really early. What should've been a non-issue almost became a relationship-stopper when my paranoid girlfriend kept checking the app and kept seeing my avatar move around my area. She thought I was speaking and seeing some other girls, even though I literally don't talk to anyone else besides her.
In the end, when she was finally about to break up and hang up on me, I got a notification from my Galaxy Watch, that displayed how long I had been sleeping for and showed it to her. It was because of this that she finally relented and believed me. Be very careful with this app.

We live in a dangerous country. Earlier this morning it showed my 13 year old son (who slept over at a friends house) leaving the house at 02:15 and walking straight into a wooded area in a dangerous part of the city. We left searching for him, unleashed a massive manhunt and contacted the police as he wasn't answering his phone (because it was 03:00 in the morning) only to find that he was fast asleep. We woke up a whole neighborhood, wasted precious time of the police and accused our son of lying. This app should be reported somewhere as it does more damage than not knowing where your loved ones are.

I have used this app for years! Its not ALWAYS accurate, but if you're only using it for safety reasons its a good app. A lot of times I have to hit the refresh button and then when it says whoever "has been located" I know its correct. I don't use it to keep track of a cheating husband or anything. Just to make sure my mother, kids, and husband are safe. Sometimes I work late as well as my husband and it lets my teenage kids know they can see where we are when they feel like knowing. It creates a balance in our house for us. We have certain destinations set to notify us when we have reached our destinations. School, work, home, when we come within 250 feet of that destination it dings. It gives that little piece of mind for that loved one when they need it.

As I stated, I understand this was a mistake on my son's part as he did not read the notice. And you will not refund me, I also hear that loud and clear. So, I will be sure to warn everyone else on the Internet to avoid this "Free Trial". Ethical practice dictates that you do not TRICK people into something they do not want which is exactly what has happened to me. THERE IS NO ETHICAL REASON that you "Can not refund me" except that you have gotten my money (even if it was by mistake) and you are keeping it. At this point, you could have the best app available and I still would not be interested because of your underhanded business strategy. I will assume you are just the messenger here and probably had nothing to do with establishing this policy, so please do not feel this is directed at you. I would ask, however, that you pass this on to the appropriate person for them to consider. You may want to reconsider the company you work for. If they will screw me, they will screw you too.

We use this app to find ballgames my son is playing in. We are a small school, and the schools we play are small and hard to find. Life 360 takes us straight to my son as long as he has his phone on him, and it's up and running. It also tells us how fast he is going in whatever vehicle he is in, and each trip he has made daily. I can always know where he is when he is out running around. I especially appreciated it the night he was broke down out in the country on the back roads. It took us straight to him. Another time my daughter was broke down with three small children and groceries on a very hot day. Life 360 took us straight to them. They too were on a country road.

It provides GPS location for your circle of family and friends you get to sign up. This means you can check to see if they are at work or school and shouldn't be bothered with a phone call. Or if you are trying to pick them up, it connect to Google Maps to navigate you to their location. Or if you want to know where they are on a long road trip, or traveling the world, Life 360 will show you where they are at. If you zoom into the map, a google earth photo will fill the map to show you what stuff Google Earth shows is really in that area, not just a map representation...

It also has little dots on the screen that represent crime spots for that location -- good to know if you are staying or visiting an area to be on extra alert.

It also works world wide. For example, while in mainland China, we could locate each other via the phone. You really can't ask people for direction unless you know Chinese... It also shows the battery status of your circle of friends, so if someone's low on power, you might text them they need to charge up... Or it could be a lost phone just about to 'disappear'...

Big duh -- it uses your GPS so turn it off if you're running down on battery... It can help to turn off wifi location finding as that's also a big battery hog. IMHO, that info is mostly of interest to Google, not individuals wandering around the globe.

Also, if you change phones, you have to monkey around with moving your GPS location to your new phone, or all you'll see in where your old phone ran out of battery. No, it also won't show people where you are when flying in a plane...

My Husband is a truck driver. This App gives me a peace of mind. We use this app to make sure each other is okay. If my husband is in a location to long, I call just to make sure he is okay. We do not use this app to spy on each other. One thing, I have noticed about this app is when it tells me my husband has arrived home and I don't see him. It's because he drove passed the block we live on. He just started using the app. Before, I can call him to let him know, I am pulling into the garage he already know. Love this app. This App is used for our safety only. FYI: I will put this app on my 15 year old niece phone for safety reasons. To many women missing in Chicago.

This app falsely put me on a trip i didnt do while in the middle of a course i was doing at work. My fiancee actually went to the address it showed i went too where some idiot said i had lived there in the past (same name ironically but different person all together). He came to my work and questioned me about it. The fight escalated so badly it ruined my course, we nearly split up and I am now suffering with PTSD. The anxiety i have is affecting my sleep and my work not to mention adding undue strain in my relationship. If i had the resources id launch a lawsuit against this company. They have obviously not addressed any similar complaints of their random GPS issues and have no problem taking money from people. Disgusting!

This app was ok when I first installed but it has since went downhill and quickly! It has created many issued for my fiance and I when it says I am not at work all day while I am sitting at my desk doing my job. It has put his location between work and home many times a day making me wonder what was going on and creating issues. Also, we purchased the premium which is supposed to have so many "great" advantages such as Driver & Passenger Protection... What a joke, it never activates when leaving the house! Waste of money and altogether terrible app!
