I have free 360 for more than a year, in a circle of 4 family members. This is great app for family with kids. I was thinking about upgrading to premium and get to read some of the reviews. Most of them are lies, I understand this more personal for most of you. This summer my kid traveled to east Asia for multi country trip. I watched her on free 360 real time with pin point accuracy ( terminal to terminal in airports). Please be kind.
This app is awesome when working... however more times then not LATELY the app is so inaccurate. I will not update for hours even is you are in it. And it will tell you that "Location Permission Shut Off' but we haven't changed any settings on our phn. And it will turn on again overnight. I really wish you could get this app to work like it did when it first came out.
I purchased the $5/mnth after trial period & they charged me $74.63 at 1 time. L wanted MONTHLY pmts and had requested that as my pmt option. No help whatsoever when i emailed CSS & they told me to contact apple. I did, and apple says this app has no refunds (?!) what a BS way to run a business. I was just going to change to monthly pmts (that i had originally requested!), i cancelled my yearly subscription. Going to see what else i can do to get my money back... on to the lawyers ugh. I hate having to do this.
Life360 determined that I was in a back bedroom at an address that I have never, ever been to. I have never been in the listed neighborhood. Life 360 will ruin my long-term relationship.
Multiple times, the app told me my son was at home when he was at school. He even sent me a nice picture of a clean toilet in the boys' bathroom to verify that he was indeed there. I cannot trust the accuracy of this app.
This app is a joke... very inaccurate and customer service sucks. Had it earlier than dropped it for a couple years... thought i would give it another shot... worst than before! If i could give it less than 1 star i would
To all the parents that have this app: YOU GUYS DIDNT GET TRACKED WHEN YOU WERE IN HIGHSCHOOL AND OBVIOUSLY YALL ARENT DEAD OR MESSED UP BEYOND REPAIR BECAUSE OF IT SO WHY ARE YOU SO WORRIED ABOUT YOUR KIDS? You guys definitely wouldve hated this cuz all of you are hypocrites. All this is going to accomplish is pushing your kids farther away cuz youre showing them that you cant trust them and theyre gonna think that if their own parents cant trust them then who will? So this app is bs and every other one like it. Everyones overprotective and/or nosy as hell and its so dumb.
This app is great for keeping track of your children. It is accurate most of the time. Once it said my child was near my home, when he was actually inside the house, but that was the only time it was inaccurate.
It also helped me find out that my husband was cheating on me. I highly recommend it.
My partner can track me perfectly but when I try to track him it always says that he is can not be located or in a completely different place GRRRRRR. This app is so annoying. Even though I have said that the locater is rubbish I get no feed back from anyone ever!
This app location is so off. DONT use it. It showed my husband in a home for 5 hours when he was suppose to be working. I was PISSED! Confronted my husband and he showed me he was working. I swear I almost got a Divorce over this crapy APP.
My teen showed that she was on the phone 7 times in one 15 minute ride... when she comes in I am ready to take those keys! But when I confront her about it she pulls her phone out & shows that she has it set for 'Do not disturb while driving', the phone detects motion & will not allow text or voice calls thru! I even checked the call log & could see the missed calls! Thats is not a useful app in my book!
I've been a Life360 user since September 2017. I moved from Florida to Kentucky in December 2017. Accuracy for my location was right on spot until I moved one mile away on April 1,2017 but Life360 keeps trying to say I'm still located at the old residence when I'm home. In addition, it started showing trips (2 miles or less) even though I never left the house.
My daughter was in an accident today, lucky no one was seriously hurt, and the Life 360 app, I pay for the premium service did not alert or call myself or my daughter as promised. It has been iffy for sometime but today it really showed I paid for nothing. Time to find a new app!
On January 16,2018, Rachel was in a bad car accident. The car was totaled. We were paying extra for the crash detection, notifications and emergency response. Nothing went off. Luckily she was able to call us. The police notified the emergency crew. I have pictures to prove this. Dont pay for anything. It is a waste of money!
Worst App in the world. I can't imagine the pain that it has caused our family. The app says I left the house at 3:55 in the morning and says it took me 48 minutes to get to some random guys house and 6 minutes to come back. Then it says I left to go to our local welding shop and it says I got there in 10 minutes and says it took me 1 minute to come back. The thing is I was at home all $#*!ing night and I can believe that this, of course, would happen to me. I don't recommend it and never will. It is the worst app in the world and unless you want to be confronted with false accusations then I don't recommend it. Nobody believes me and I will be contacting Life 360 to complain. If I could rate it any lower stars I would.
I have had the app for 3 months and use it for my phone and my son's. Until yesterday it worked great. Yesterday it gave me a notice that my son had arrived at the gym for gymnastic practice. An hour later I notice it said my son left the gym 10 minutes after arriving. It showed him at a strange house 3 miles away. I texted the gym owner and asked if my son was there. She said yes. I decided that someone must of accidently taken his gym backpack with his phone. I call but get no answer. I am afraid my car keys were also in the bad so I go to the gym to bring him my extra set of keys. He is totally confused. He has his phone in the gym locker with my keys. I show him on my phone where it says his phone is and guess what? It says I am at the same strange house three miles away. I can see where this might cause problems.
My boyfriend questioned me this morning about why i left my house at 3:24 and came back 10 minutes later. It showed that i was on foot and went two blocks from my house. I was asleep all night.
Okay. I get it that we want a perfect tracking device app. It's not going to happen unless you hire a detective to follow your loved ones around 24/7.
So far Life360 has been good and keeps me informed on the whereabouts of my teen. Agree it may not be accurate in location, but then again what tracking app is?
This is the most INACCURATE app around. Now, it does occasionally get it right, probably because it is a frequently visited location. But if you want something you can truly depend on, look elsewhere! But then again. It is FREE!
As for people saying that the inaccurate information is ruining your marriage, then you already had marriage problems! An app does not make/break a relationship!
What does that mean when it is saying no network and sometimes I can see him driving other time it does pick nothing up
