Purchased Jersey and tried to exchange with receipt within 30mins and was declined. Unworn, with tags and receipt as the printed return policy on receipt and online states. I did not want my money back, just a different size, WITHIN MINUTES!
Tried ordering a hat on 3 different occasions, all were cancelled after being successful in the transaction. Wish I would've read the reviews first. All bad
Bought a bengals purse online listed at $21. After i paid the price showed $23 and a handling fee was added. There was no way to immediately cancel, so now i have to waste my time and return it
Ordered (1) item...a pair of Alabama slides on July 23rd, today is Aug.8 and still no delivery. Spoke to custome service 5 days ago and was rudely told delivery was 3-7 business days after processing, well Mr. Asian man I spoke to, today makes 12 business days and tracking doesn't tell me anything different than it did 9 days ago. I will NEVER NEVER order from lids online EVER again in my life! Not sure if I'll even receive this order.
I had a bad experience. I'm waiting for the order and nothing. They have no assistance. I bought it as a gift and never arrive. I m waiting wainting. My nephew's birthday was 10 days ago. And nothing. And I received a false FedEx number. When I go to the website says not exist.
The mall does not match what it says. I ordered from 3 websites to give as a gift and Lids arrived much later than I thought.
Before I bought was written 6 to 10 days. And I received email with 18 up days.the birthday was 7 days ago and until today I have not received
We purchased t-shirts and hats for our kids. The hats were in terrible shape- bill of hat had been bent etc. When we called we were told we could return the items to the store...In the store they said they can not accept online returns. So instead we shipped back and paid the $9.99 fee for items that were DAMAGED and not of our doing. Option was to take an e-certificate but we have no intention of shopping with lids again so the the $9.99 ended up being the cost of a lesson learned... avoid LIDS
These are definitely not the same hats as in like 2016-2020 the quality is very cheap and they are all low profile been buying hats since the late 80's smh!
Bought a hat and once I checked out I realized they did expedited shipping? 11.99? So it said 1-3 business days…. Ok I was mad at first cause they kinda just threw that on checkout and I didn't notice it (my fault) but it's taking it 6 days to get here! Im not one to do negative reviews but this is ridiculous! Do yourself a favor and go to fanatics. Won't buy from lids ever again.
A nightmare to do business with. Will only refund about 50% of order if you don't accept gift card as refund
Such a weird experience with lids, sent me a piece of cloth I ordered in a poor quality, not same as picture online. On top of that $9.99 fee for return. I will not ever back to lids
I've ordered multiple times and never gotten and order. I have ordered 10 hats from you guys and gotten one. I'm just thankful I found fanatics, and have ordered many things through them without an issue. Lids is a joke, they have blamed shipping issues on UPS for the last three time. I literally have around 200 dollars on the online website and have received nothing, but a 30% off coupon. I can't express more that I would never ever recommend lids ever. The amount of time, and money I have wasted is almost comical, they refund the price of the hat, but not the high shipping cost. I ordered 3 hats on November 23rd as Christmas Presents, I got told today that the hats were sold out and not being shipped to me. (USE FANATICS) that how I realized its LIDs, Fanatics use's the same shipping company but it always arrives when it says.
Ordered a tshirt it didn't arrive. Ordered a replacement. It didn't arrive. I called, they could send again but since I didn't get the first two I canceled instead. They couldn't send me out one fast. They couldn't call UPS to find out why. They couldn't do anything to help except cancel the order. What a waste of time! Don't do it, you'll never get your merchandise!
I've gone 3 times to 2 locations,Tanger in Grand Rapids and Rivertown in Grandville, during business hours and they've been closed every time. Online says opens at 10, sign in the window says opens at 10, but are they open? No! Just update the hours Online, how hard can it be? What a waste of time and gas and energy
I ordered an item that cost over originally 299.99 from this company, little did I know that the item would never reach it destination. Long story short the mailing services which they offered that I used (UPS and USPS, Standard: 3-7 Business Days, UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited) mailed the item to the other company and know two weeks later the item can't be found. I have called Lids who told me to call UPS once done they say call USPS. A big waste of time. My item has been pending acceptance since 9/16/2022, damn near impossible to speak to a human with the number provided for customer service. All in all just a bad experience trying to buy a jersey and never got it. Look elsewhere, check out their competitors, and if do decide to deal with them DO NOT USE their offered mailing service of UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited. Its mailing claims did not hold true regarding my purchase to the point I decided to get a refund to cancel order and probably won't do business here anymore based on the run around. I went to the Lids near Destin Fl, I asked the man at the front counter if he could help reach a hat on the top shelf, the man shoved a ladder in my direction and didn't say anything. After that, I didn't not want to buy anything else from him so headed to the counter to checkout. He completely ignored me for about 5 minutes and then finally silently checked me out. After he processed my card he asked if i needed a bag which i responded yes to and he pointed to a stack of bags which i grabbed and bagged my things myself. Will never come back (:
I have tried 4 times to order jerseys online. Each time the transaction is 'accepted & confirmed', but the next day I get an email saying they had to cancel the transaction. When I was lucky enough to speak to a customer rep, she was rude and not helpful. What a waste of my time. Do NOT shop here! I'm going to contact the BBB and FCC.
Stitched letters aren't straight. They even stitched over the elastic on side. Looks stupid and feels strange with stitching. Will never buy from them again. Employees said there's nothing they can do. Love throwing away $80 on 2 hats. The one that wasn't custom was great. Completely there F up but no responsibility
Josh is the nicest employee ever. Great customer service, he's funny, and he sold us the hats in two seconds. Super cool, and definitely coming back if he's there.
