LG NANO TV

We purchased a 65 inch LG NANO TV in January of 2022. The TV has developed a large white spot on the screen. Called aN Image Burn. This TV was purchased at COSTCO. We have the LG one year limited warranty, the Allstate warranty and a COSTCO extended warranty. LG sent us to Allstate and COSTCO. Allstate and COSTCO sent us back to LG. LG REFUSES to accept any responsibility. They told us the COSTCO extended warranty should cover this. This an LG 65NANO85APA. We paid $850 and are getting nothing but a big run around. It's less than 7 months old. I give them a zero.

No more LG!

My refrigerator was broken only after 4 years. I called customer service and they said they're extremely busy and they gave me a local repair guy's number who works for them. He came and he had to order a part and it'll take a week. It's been 10days and I didn't hear anything. It's extremely hard to live without refrigerator when it's over 100 degrees outside.
Also, my dish washer was broken less than a year and it's broken 3-4 times in 4years. With money we paid for repairs, we could've bought a brand new one. Just horrible products. I will never buy LG products again.

I have issue of refrigerator of lg. I have complain regarding not working of compress of lg fridge since 24/06/2022 but till date issue not resolved.its been 10 days but when we call they gave answer as it may take 15-20 days. I have been suffering since 10days as all my items such as milk and vegetables are spoiled due to this. Worst service. I suggest not to buy lg product to anyone

WON'T BUY AGAIN

BOUGHT AN LG WASHER IN JAN 2022 AND LG HAS ADDED A DEEPER DRUM TO THEIR WASHERS. I WAS SATISFIED WITH MY PREIVOUS LG WASHER BUT THE DEEPER DRUM IS SIMPLY NOT FOR EVERYONE. AM 5'2" AND HAVE TO STAND ON A STOOL TO REACH THE CLOTHES. SERIOUSLY THINKING ABOUT SELLING THIS MODEL.

Broke in 15days!

I purchased LG French door refrigerator from Home Depot on 5/25 and was delivered on 6/3. We were very pleased with our new refrigerator. It has large interiors and very easy to use. Ice was making quick. Plus, very quite. But, the door handle broke after 2weeks. I called Home Depot and was told I'd have to contact LG directly. Understood that part. So, I called LG *******000 and had ridiculous customer service ever. The guy from customer service told me that he'll send me a new door handle but I'd have to pay the technician to put it on. He kept saying I don't have to pay any for the new door handle but I'd have to pay for the technician to come out. What a dumb way to tell frustrated customer who has broken door handle on a brand new refrigerator. I like everything about LG refrigerator but give 0 star on how LG handles the minor issues. It could've been resolved easily. All you gotta do is send someone out to fix the door handle. It shouldn't be broken after 2weeks on a brand new in the first place though.

I agree LG does not keep up their warranty services. LG promises 10years warranty for compressor snd do not provide And fulfill the wsrranty. I m suffering from may 10th 2022. Till today my compressir is not replaced as LG says the refrigerator model is no more and hence cannot provide replacement compressor... over and above informs that an amount of rs 5000/-will be paid to me and take my double door refrigetator of 350ltrs which was costing *******rs at the time of purchase. I m. A senior citizen of 66years and my husband of 80 years. This is mygrievance i have also complained consumer forum This is LG...

The absolute worst customer service and worst appliance company. We purchased a washer dryer unit from them, and after only 6 months of use the drum in the dryer broke. Instead of taking responsibility knowing very well that this is in fact a manufacturing defect, they REFUSE to replace the unit and instead informed us that they will only repair it. My concern is that once this is out of the warranty bracket and this issue were to arise again its going to come out of my pocket to repair or replace the unit. Do not purchase anything from them because if your appliance breaks down on you, you are out of luck. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and AWFUL COMPANY WITH HORRIBLE PRODUCTS.

Compramos una lavavajillas $900 dólares y venía dañada y estamos tratando de regresarla y solo dicen que ya pasaron las 48 horas… entonces quiere decir que empacan productos dañados y así los venden y si no te das cuenta te fregaste! Y tus 900 se van a la basura por estás porquerías, si quisiera un producto dañado lo compraría de segunda mano.

Let me start by saying if I could give a rating of less than 1 ( one) I would have.
Our Microwave which was just 14 months old stopped working and we were directed to The Video Factory at Southport who took 2 weeks to look ( we were told that the machine would take a week to repair when we dropped it off) at the machine and once they did ordered the required parts from LG Australia.
I contacted The Video Factory 1 week later to be told that they had ordered the parts required. One week later I again contacted The Video Factory ( mind you it will take 3 to 4 phone calls to speak to anyone and don't bother leaving a message because they never call back) who told me that 3 of the 4 parts required were being sent by LG. When I asked when the 4th part would be available they had no idea, so I contacted LG directly to try to get an answer, which was 7 weeks in the future they thought they would have the required part.
Over the next 2 weeks I contacted LG Customer Service 7 times to get a better resolution, I was told they would call me back and surprise they did not.
Eventually they agreed to arrange a store exchange for a new item from where I purchased the item and 5 phone calls later chasing LG Customer Service up because the store had not received any communication from LG.
Today the store ( Domayne at Bundall - great support) communicated with us to confirm they had eventually received notification.
Our family have been loyal supporters of the LG brand ( Air conditioners, fridges, washing machines, dryers and 3 large screen TVs) but this experience has turned me off ever buying another LG product and I have no hesitation in warning anyone who reads this BUYER BEWARE of this brand, because a brand is only as good as it's back of house support.

Horrible after service

While they advertise 24hr service, a basic check of the issue in the fridge itself took 4 days and further replacement of spoilt part took another 3 days, that too after multiple calls at multiple centres. Recommend everyone to never buy an LG product.

I had a refrigerator of 6.5 years go out. I had this unit warranty serviced and a replacement compressor was necessary. LG comped the parts per their warranty and I had to pay for the labor. The repair only lasted 3 months. After that the refrigerator was no longer cooling. I was unwilling to pay labor for another iteration of repair after loosing two fridges full of food. I decided to attempt to find another solution of which LG was unable to compromise. Be very wary about LG as they will not provide any services or compensation more than what their warranty agreement requires. True Customer Service and retention is gone with this company. I will not be purchasing anything further from this company.

Purchased a LG 50 Pint Dehumidifier March 13,2021. As of June 9,2022 this Dehumidifier has gone south. The unit will freeze up after a brief period of usage. Performing all troubleshooting listed, the end result remains the same. Contacted there support line (phone) only resulted in a script reader that spoke terrible english, providing no help. Also contacted a "Chat Site" which gave the same results. I recommend not purchasing this product. China continues to supply cheap (in all aspects) crap.

Purchased an LG french door fridge. Compressor and ice maker gave up in 2020. They sent a guy to replace the compressor. After replacing compressor starting making much louder noise. After 1 year it gave up again and now they are not trying to cover any part of the labor. Their customer service if full of immature people who constantly hang up on you. Moved to Bosch.

Don't fall for their products even if they provide discounts. Extremely poor quality appliances.

They will not solve your problems in one visit and they will not come again because first visit validity of 3 months, in 3 months they can't charge you for visit. They will not visit you there customer care engineer will block your number
I will not buy any LG product in my life and never suggest to any one in the world

My wife and I bought an LG Refrigerator from LOWES since last December 2021. This appliances is not cooling thus any food we put goes bad. We have been calling LG customer service since December 2021 and no one cared to resolve our issues. Any time we call we were told, "we don't have your complaints on record, customer reps hanged up on us, oh we don't have any service rep in your areas. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and lack of care for customers. For all these number of months, they got me a service Technician and he found my refrigerator to be faulty. LG customer support don't want to give me a refund. Very sad!

If i could give zero stars i would. The customer services is absolutely the worst i have ever experienced.
I had to repeat my issue no less than four times this morning to four different customer service reps who did not address the issue or transfer my information from one call to another call. JUST HORRIBLE service. Based on this I will NEVER buy another LG appliance.
