**NEVER PURCHASE ANY LG PRODUCTS. **NEVER USE A & E Appliance Repair** Both their products and their customer service are terrible.

My LG refrigerator stopped working after two years, and it is a disgrace that LG does not have their own technicians. LG spent almost ten days looking for technicians in my area. They apparently found this company to come and fix my refrigerator.

I got an appointment two weeks after they discovered this company. The technician initially arrived and diagnosed the problem before ordering the parts, which were then shipped to my home address. Then they scheduled a follow-up appointment three weeks after the initial visit. The technician arrived and replaced the parts, assuring that everything is in working order. I told him before he left that it didn't appear to be working, but he said we had to wait 24 hours for the compressor to kick in.
Guess what? I was right. It did not work. Then they had more parts shipped to my house and scheduled me for another appointment three weeks after the second visit, which was today. They have the 8am to 5pm time slot. I took the day off from work to wait for this guy to arrive. Around noon, a guy calls and cancels the appointment, citing some lame excuse. We've been without a refrigerator for over two and a half months. This is outrageous. Is LG a real company, or are they operating from a rooftop? They should be selling something else.
Worst company ever. Stay away from LG and this company (A & E Appliance Repair) which is actually Sears. Shame on them.

I ordered a TV from LG directly on 10/26/22. My credit card was charged on 11/3/22. It is now 12/1/22 and I have not received my TV nor have I received my refund as requested. I have logged over 15 phone calls to customer service who have not been able to locate the TV or help me with my refund. This is criminal. My money has been in LG's possession for over 30 days with no answers.

We bought LG49 inch tv and we bought AMC inr ******* after that there are lines comes in display,we raise companies against that and we got that reply from LG team there is no part available replace,and there are not ready to give compansation

Bad remote control after purchase

Disappointing customer service for an LG Tv we just bought! No help whatsoever and condescending staff "oh just go to this other store to BUY the faulty remote, it's not that expensive " already went to this store three times trying to get the faulty remote fixed! As far as I am concerned anything in the TV box is under WARRANTY! It was used for 1 month only! How you do one thing is how you do EVERYTHING! Not shopping here again! Little do they know am still in the market for other items. I Strongly advice LG customers to be aware of this act being perpetrated by the LG company.

Electric Range

Bought lg electric range decided to try self cleaner for first time and oven covers in white stuff had lg come out and they did nothing! So as far as their warranty it stinks will never buy Lg again! And I had my range only 6 months. LG doesn't stand behind there warranty!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service, I bought dryer stopped working after 6 months. Still under warranty LG hired A&E services. They didn't fix it came my house 7 times and couldn't fix it.
LG need to stop working with A&E.
A&E is terrible company.
I have to buy new dryer and never buy anything from LG.
Best Buy need to reach out to LG so they can honor their warranty or stop selling their products.

LG French door refrigerator is the worst Refrigerator I've EVER owned! Do NOT buy LG refrigerator, compressor went out 1 year after buying brand new, 2 weeks later need Freon, 3 years after buying brand new now has a major leak in coils! NEVER will buy LG product again!

Dishwasher was a DUD

VERY upset. Just bought a new LG dishwasher over a year ago and it stopped working. Had a few repair men in and they said it needs 850$ worth of repairs. It originally cost me 950$. No idea how we can't get help with this. Saved for the dishwasher for months :( I'd give less than one star if I could

Do not buy LG refrigerators. Read their reviews especially about their "linear compressor" issues. Multiple class action lawsuits. I took them to small claims court in California and won a judgement of approximately $3,000. They still have not contacted me or paid me yet.

Worst product of LG

Hello! I am from Bangalore. I have purchased LG 32 inch TV on 10.10.2020. This year i. E on 10 October 2022 warranty ended. On 12th October 2022 TV is not working. I have lodged Complaint( through Purchased shop i. E. UNILET Shop) in LG Services. The service man came to check he took some photos of TV and told it is Display problem (he didn't check properly) and he told it will charge around ******* INR. If we cancel the complaint i have to Rs. 478 as his Service charge. One TV life is only Two years, i have spent Rs. 28,000 for TV. My question is LG products have life till the warranty period end? After the warranty period the product is not usable and even service also not good their is no proper response. We middle class people Choose products of reputed company products (Like LG) thinking that products will come long life there is no need change the product soon. Usually my preference for LG products in my house fridge, Oven Washing machine everything is LG products only. I was believing for LG but hereafter i wont buy LG Products. Such a worst product i have seen. There is no value for customer money. Please guys don't buy any LG Products its a worst product.

TV from LG

Good evening gentlemen! I'm already buying my 3rd plasma TV from LG. All like the quality, sound, and diagonal. But I noticed one thing, after two years of use it starts to stutter. Can turn off by itself or just does not show the picture, but the sound is. Who has faced this?

LG TV server has serious connectivity issues, very difficult to establish a LG TV account using TV software & home WiFi. Worst TV software programming ever, 2022 TVs (without a LG account user CAN NOT add software) & the 2021 TVs while using channel manager list mode, users can only add or delete channels while in their Edit Favorites list. So, after you numerically 1st time set up your favorites list, adding channels later will place that channel at the bottom of your list, you CAN NOT move that channel up or down to place it in numerical order nor does the list auto numerical channels in proper order, so that newly added channel functions out of order. Who designed this software? Bottomline: Stupid Engineering by LG. Save your money, spend it on quality and consider purchasing a Samsung TV. LG does not care about improving the user functionality of their TV software.

Most inappropriate behaviour by LG technicians

I regret to say that LG techs who were dispatched to fix my refrigerator were extremely rude and in knowledgeable. One of them claimed he has no way of restoring the unit without destroying the door. I'll never buy an LG unit again

After 2 weeks TypeC cable and port did not work. I called up the customer care to book a repair request.
They sent some local un-educated engineer, he said there is a problem in the board, replaced it, still did not fix the typec cable connectivity problem. They said they have to order parts for replacement and told me to wait for 2 weeks. Already 6 weeks now, no update and nothing from Engineer and customer care.
Asked them update, still there is no replacement part arrived, they told me in a cool tone without any sympthothy wait for another 4 weeks. What the f**k LG?!

Televisions stink

My $1000 television is three years old, yes, it is out of warranty… But I guess after three years you just have to throw them away… I have had other brand TVs much much longer and they work perfectly… This is a connectivity problem where it will no longer connect to the Internet unless I sign in to my Wi-Fi each and every time I want to watch anything… If I watch anything more than 15 minutes stops and I have to reassign and look at them… Because it is out of warranty they gave me the number of a provider who could potentially fix it… It will cost more to fix then to buy a new TV… I will never buy another LG product again

Don't ever consider LG

LG dish washer
My LG dish washer, was really perfect while it worked, but 1 year after purchase the sprinklers stopped turning around and that's when the issue started. The technician came 4 times, always had to wait a week before he showed again. Then the "Case Manager, CS Painpoint Innovation". Got into the case, she said I would receive a new machine, but since she said that, nothing happens...
It's been over a month since she started taking care of my case. (That on top of the 2 months that passed before she entered my case- total of 3 months and no end on site) Recently her respond was "We apologize for this delay as the team is handling a lot of replacement requests"...
Not very encouraging, knowing I'm not the only one in this scenario.

Lg refrigeratorasap

Owned the LG refrigerator for 7 months. Many calls miss info from supervisor could not get a technician to fix or show up. They will put a band aid on it until warranty has ran out. Told the would refund my money and that was rejected. Now I am suing for refund and punitive damages such as food loss and stress. Thisvis the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have bought a new GE fingers crossed
