Scam, Stay Away. You will get a bunch of emails that look like they are shipping the item soon -- they don't

LexusPartsNow.com apparently does not sell OEM parts as their name would imply. I ordered the OEM part pictured on their website but did NOT receive an OEM part. I went to the Dealer and (for only $7 more) got the OEM part for almost same price and better quality. There is an obvious difference in the construction from the OEM part to the one from LexusPartsNow.com (pictures below). Their site says "Brand: Genuine Lexus" but the part they sent (in a Toyota/Lexus box) has a name stamped on the part that I've never seen. If I wanted cheaply made, no-name parts, I could go to the local parts store. LexusPartsNow.com should be called NoNamePartsNow.com. Deceptive.

I would rate service zero. Sales can't verify item or cost, specialist available only through email, wait 2 days for a no-reply wrong answer, send another help request about the item, another 3 day answer on shipping, live chat can only parrot how to send email to "specialist". Pathetic service, shame for Lexus. I hope this site goes broke.

Saved me a lot of money by going thru them. It was way cheaper than going thru the dealership. They did right by me. I'm sure no business is prefect.

I ordered an oak color seat belt. I received a gray color belt because the part number was superseded. However, the description still said oak on their web site. Nobody contacted me to let me know if I still wanted in the different color, and the company will not take it back. Horrible customer service. Do your homework and pray that you get the right parts. Will never purchase from this site ever again.

I ordered a black spoiler and they decided to send me a white spoiler. And now they are charging me 20% restocking fee and shipping fee. They are con artist.

Ordered the Tow Hitch and wiring for my Lexus NX300h. They asked the VIN# for ship out my parts.
Provided them the VIN and they say OK, and that I'll get email confirmation in two hours.
Since two days NO email, NO confirmation. Called them again - they said they still need my VIN...
Gave them the VIN again. They said OK and promised to ship it right now...
In two days I tracked my parts on FedexCrossBoarder... My parts has been delivered somewhere in Los Angeles...
Going to my account on LexusPartsNow and seeing that "password or email is incorrect".
Trying to recover my password and seeing there is NO my email in the system.
There are NO WORDS how to describe my disappointment.

I write to ask them about a part fitment for my 2014 Lexus IS 250 C. They respond that my VIN is an "international" VIN, that the car was made outside the USA, and that they cannot help me. Now, almost every Lexus is made in Japan or Canada and when I point this out, and the fact that other suppliers have no problem with the VIN, they tell me to go shop elsewhere. And I can use the VIN to lookup the part on their website. Just completely worthless service.

Very bad experience with Lexus Parts Now. Order worth $ 254, after 4 days parts department changed the price of one item from $ 51 to $ 83 and they didn't send the order.

My auto mechanic did rear suspension work on my 2004 GX-470. I thought that I was ordering the right parts but one component was incorrect and my error.
They refuse the return as they say it's electrical. Please! It happens to be a bracket.
Nothing with wires. Just a bracket.

This company's a joke. I bought a part, and they sent me a completely different part. The new part didn't fit, but they insisted that it fit. It didn't fit. It took me a week of emails and phone calls to educate them that it doesn't fit. And this isn't even the issue - first of all why are you sending me a part I didn't order? Second - why do I need to argue with you here? You sent me a completely different part number than the one I ordered. At one point, they started automatically hanging up my phone calls and didn't answer! What an absolute joke. Anyways, after talking with about 4-5 different people, they agreed to a refund, but they said they would charge me a restocking fee and I would have to pay the shipping label. Seriously? This, ladies and gentleman, is what you call an absolute joke of a company. Again, I talked with several people before they decided that this was their fault! LOL.

Ordered correct part from website. Following initial shipping delays, received incorrect part. USD $630 incl. $140 in shipping.

I ordered part #*******-0W030 from LexusPartsNow, which is a front RIGHT brake caliper, however I received #*******-0W030 which is a front LEFT brake caliper.

Looking at the box, I can clearly see the issue is due to someone mislabeling the box. On the box is a correct label '*******-0W030', however, newer labels have been placed over top incorrectly labeling the part as '*******-0W030', hence why I've been shipped the incorrect part.

LexusPartsNow/Auto Parts Prime then tried to palm me off to FedEx to cover the return shipping costs, even though it is not FedEx's error (FedEx inspects labels, not the contents of packages!).

Dealing with Lexus Parts Now/Auto Parts Prime is a nightmare. I have to constantly chase them to get a response. At one point, they actually started processing the RMA claim; then, after a month, they went back to palming me off to FedEx.

I have a pending complaint with the BBB about this company. I have a baby on the way and need to get my car back on the road. At this point, I may have to pay the return shipping costs myself

Lexus Parts Now/Auto Parts Prime is a very dishonest company and they deliberately try to conceal their ownership to avoid accumulating too much negative feedback about one single brand.

If you are in the socal region and you are sick of dealing with their customer service bots, perhaps go down and visit them in person at 2500 Troy Ave., South El Monte, CA *******-1428. Ask for the owner: Xuhong Wang aka Rick Wang.

At this point, I still need to get the correct part for me car. If I return the part at my own cost, I run the risk of experience what others have reported here: additional charges, long waits and no service. I ultimately have no guarantee they'll ever ship the correct part.

Do yourself a favor: by from any business besides this one. Do not support companies like this.

Purchased mud flaps for a 2019 NX300 that were validated via VIN number on lexuspartsnow.com. One of the flaps was absolutely not correct (front right). I contacted lexuspartsnow and they called it a packing error and sent me a return shipping label. Sent these back, received a new set and I had the same issue with one of the flaps clearly being incorrect (they said that they validated the correct fit with a Lexus dealer, I call BS). Contacted lexuspartsnow again and they sent me an RMA number for the parts but no shipping label. I contacted them again and after some effort they agreed to send the pre-paid shipping label. Sent the parts back and requested a refund and heard nothing for two weeks. Contacted them again and they said the RMA department would contact me. Waiting over one week and I contacted them again and was told the same story. I then disputed the transaction with my credit card company since they were jerking me around. Three months later I contacted my credit card company and according to them lexuspartnow said they did not receive the parts back. I have the tracking number and it shows the parts were in fact received at the specified delivery location. I have provided that to the credit card company and and was in wait mode. Lexuspartsnow.com insisted to my credit card company that they never received the parts. I spent alot of time with my credit card company showing them clearly with the tracking number that the parts were in fact received and my dispute finally stuck. My initial experience was pretty positive as they shipped these quickly and the first return process was easy but once I requested a refund they acted completely differently. These guys should be shut down an are total rip offs. Even worse, the ratings on their site are high! Unbelievable
