Most unprofessional uncaring site I've ever ordered from, it's been two years and I still have nothing. No refund, communication is trash, deletes my comments off Instagram when I asked where my refund was. 10/10 would not recommend ever.
This has got to be the cheapest Halloween costume, $. 99 cent store quality, garbage I've ever seen! It's been over a month, only received less than half my order. Nothing fits nor looks like the pictures on the website! Told them to cancel what hasn't shipped and I want a refund for what I did receive. They are offering me a "creative solution" in which I can exchange what I received for more GARBAGE! Why on earth would I want more of this crap? I want my money back. ALMOST $200. Products ship from China but supposedly returns need to be sent to Israel from the US which would probably cost more than I've already paid. I will be disputing with PayPal but please don't order from this scam of a company. Pictures on the website do NOT depict what you will actually receive. You will be dissapointed.
This company is a SCAM! I ordered items in June 2020 and still have not received them. They refuse to give me a refund. I have reached out A LOT and every response is "It's on its way. We are sorry about the delay. It is stuck in the port." Do not buy from this company.
The items I ordered look nothing like the pics on the website, poorly made when they arrived, like ebay quality n theyre charging top dollar. Don't even bother they're terrible business people n scammers!
I never received my item and they refused to give me a refund. 8 months later, and I finally received a refund from Paypal. Joke of a website. Worst customer service because they have template emails they send to each complaint. Don't waste your time with this cheap site.
I ordered a pair of leggings from Let's Be Gothic almost a year ago (9 May 2020), and just this morning (8 April 2021) I woke up to an email saying "Hi, Thank you for your order. We apologize for the inconvenience and for the frustration this may have caused you. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Punk Red Plaid Star Leggings as this has already gone out of stock. May we request to please choose a different item of the same value of the original order for us to process? We hope for your kind understanding towards this matter. Thank you so much!" from "Rose." To be honest, I had written them off as a loss a long time ago, since I had been emailing back and forth with customer service for a while, to no avail. See more details about the ordeal below.
I originally emailed them about a week after I placed my order, having received "shipping confirmation" but no tracking information. "Abby" told me my order was in transit, and that it could take up to a month for it to be delivered. A little over a month went by and I still didn't have my order, so I emailed again to check on its status. "Abby" said they'd check with logistics and let me know, but I never got a direct follow-up email about the results. Another month passed, and I still hadn't received my order or heard anything about its status, so I emailed requesting to cancel the order, stating that I would be moving and not have access to the delivery address. I even stated that I didn't care about a refund, since I had written it off as a loss. "Abby" replied "Hello, I am sorry that the item has not arrived. Unfortunately, as part of the company policy, sale items cannot be returned nor refunded. We greatly esteem your relationship with our company and are very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured that we are trying our best to have your order delivered as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and compliance." Up until that point, I had kept my emails friendly and patient, since I don't like to be rude to customer service workers. In November 2020, I sent them an angry email, reminding them that I no longer had access to the delivery address, and still did not have any information about tracking or expected delivery. "Abby" replied, saying that their end of tracking said that the package was with local delivery services, and that it should arrive within the following two weeks. I replied, re-reminding them that I no longer had access to the delivery address, and was going to flag their shop for fraud due to the "company policy" prohibiting the refund of items that never arrived. "Abby" replied with a $#*!ing 10% off coupon code, and assurance that the order was still in transit. That was 4 December 2020.
So, how the actual $#*! do they expect me to believe their most recent email saying that the item I ordered was "already out of stock?" Somebody's lying, and based on the other reviews/customer complaints I've read, I suspect the whole site is a scam. Good thing I only wasted $33.96, and not $50+ like some of the other unfortunate souls.
I never received my item and they refused to refund my money. They stopped answering my emails after 4 months of back and forth. I finally disputed it with PayPal and got my money back after 6 months. Very rude staff and poor customer service
Literally made an order March 2020 it is now almost March 2021 and never received my order. I have multiple emails going back and forth about my email and I still never have received my item. So frustrating to have your money wasted like that.

I got five items not only did I only receive two of the five items but the ones I did get didn't fit. I contacted customer service frustrated because I measured beforehand and it didn't fit me but it could fit my small girlfriend and she is nowhere around the size I am aka the size that they have listed, I asked for a refund thinking that the 30-day money back guaranteed would be helpful (btw I was in the time frame even tho it got to me late) oh but no it apparently doesn't work that way. We have been talking for several days and still have gotten nowhere close to resolving it, so far it sounds like I'm just gonna be out of the $147 dollars I spent on their crap.
I would like to add that stay away from things that have a bunch of straps because they are very confusing when going to put it on.
I ordered 2 items according to the chart sizing. When the items came in they were clearly made for girls without a bust! When I asked to exchange they refused! They said we shipped what you ordered, no exchange or refunds! Are you kidding me?!? How about you put accurate sizing in your chart and we'd order the right size?! Scam artists if you ask me! Worst service I have ever received. In my life! I'll be telling everyone about it and to not shop there - EVER!
Where are the negative stars? Let's Be Gothic is THE WORST online business that we have ever dealt with. Their barbaric policies and anti-customer service qualities have proven after numerous attempts to resolve an issue that Let's Be Gothic's business ethic is theft of a customer's hard earned money. My daughter ordered several items and upon arrival the merchandised was not satisfactory. We asked for a refund and were advised that refunds are not their policy and we could return the items at our expense (which was more costly than the purchase due to their headquarters being in Israel), however, they would not return the money. It is unfortunate that scammers like Let's Be Gothic are permitted to conduct business, lie and steal while at the same time make consumers leery of doing business with an honest reputable online company. Post it to social media, tell everyone by word of mouth and avoid the mistake we made... DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM "LET'S BE GOTHIC"!
2 months, countless of e-mails, and all I have got is 2 products of paid 4 products, and the most terrible customer service. Never order from them.
Terms are different on the website and emails. Refuses return/refund even when all the terms are met! Terms changes after I complained to them. Still fighting with them.
Made an order on Letsbegothic last year and all these issues began over a year ago. First only two items arrived after over a month or two (I ordered four), they were gonna reship the remaining two, but only one arrived. The second time they shipped the remaining item it was lost, and they send another but it never arrived. And I contentiously had to tell them which item was lost. I've had to pay extra tax fee about three times and they agreed eventually to refund the item but no refund has ever been made for over four months. Every time I wait about 30 business days and when I contact them they apologies and say they will do a refund but nothing ever happens. Worst service ever. Don't order from this website.
I ordered from this company and I had wanted to cancel my order. They emailed me back with an attitude saying its against policy. They said my package was shipped within 2 days and everytime I tried to track it, it didnt exist. I emailed them yet again questioning this and all I got was attitude and no answer to my questions. My package was "delivered" at 3:30AM today but it wasn't. I contacted my local carrier annex and they told me the tracking number does not exist. I emailed LBG immediately this morning and I have yet to receive any sort of response. I already submitted a complaint to the BBB.
Worst service ever! When contacted, the only thing they had to say was basically "just be patient" even though I've waited almost 3 months for a HARNESS
I ordered 8 different items. I received half and am still waiting on other half. Its now been 4 months and I've emailed multiple times trying to either get my merchandise or a refund. I needed outfits for pictures and am scrambling because I was waiting for these. Super bummed because stuff I received was super cute!
Total SCAM! They sent me an item 5in smaller than advertised and now refused to give me a refund or let me return the items. According to them, slight differences in size are to be expected and aren't a good enough reason to let me return items. Literally, a size x-sm waist on a lg item. I tried to cancel the rest of the order but they refused to cancel it once you get the order confirmation email. Items came in over two months after I placed the order. When I pointed this out to them they stopped responding to me. Don't waste your money.
Answer: I received one of the four items I bought from them and it was nothing like the pictures. The material was very thin and already falling apart. Definitely a scam.
