I paid 60 freaking dollars for a pair of pants from this website, and I get them with not only horrible stitching and loose threads all over, but they were completely see-through. COMPLETELY. I wouldn't have been able to wear any sort of underwear without it being completely visible.

Every picture of their items is super cute but I promise you the actual items are super expensive $#*!ty products. I can't believe I bought anything from them without first looking up reviews, since they obviously don't keep reviews on their website.

I only gave one star cuz you have to put something to leave a rating otherwise it would be nothing. I order 6 weeks ago. No items and when I emailed after the 10-15 days that the site says I should have received my items, I emailed them. They said it should take 6-8 weeks. Well the items are apparently coming from China and my items have been in Wuhan since July 5th. I have sent about 3 more emails, and messaged them on Facebook messenger. Still no reply but I can see on messenger they read my message. I want my money back! Do not and I repeat.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS!

I ordered 7 items and only got 2, they are scammers and lie to PayPal... One of the items is meant to be a 3xl and is lucky to be a xs they are taking advantage of covid and not sending out what people pay for... Oh and you don't get it in one package like shein or boohoo which is how they are getting away with posting 1 or 2 items... That are very fraudulent and know PayPal will side with them because something has been posted... They have $200+ of mine

I ordered 3 items as a part of a buy2get1 deal. Each item was sent seperately and they took 3-4 weeks to be delivered.

When the first one arrived it was the wrong size(asked for small, was given a medium). After contacting them they asked for a screenshot of the confirmation email to verify. I sent the screenshot along with pictures of the garment tags and packaging that were all labeled medium.

Their response was:

"We make every effort to accurately depict a product's color, size, and quality on our website. But what you see on your screen may differ slightly from the physical product you receive due to variances."

Basically claiming "one small isn't the same as a small from a different designer" which would be fine if they did send me a MEDIUM.

Their offer was to pay shipping and they would send me anything I wanted. But why would I risk more money if they're not obligated to send me the correct size I asked for?

Other 2 items were fine. This was my first and last time ordering from this website

Never buy from let's be Gothic. Their return policy is stupid. The return process cans when you make the purchase and you can return within six weeks. It took two months for my package to arrive and not all of them are here. Couldn't dispute my charges. Had to go to my bank to get the refund. BUT THEY IN RETURN DISPUTED IT! Never order here. There are other websites that sell the exact same product on their site. SHEIN is one of them.

Still waiting over 2 months for my order! 1 item! On their website delivery says 10 to 15 business days. Ive emailed them several times about my order I keep getting the same generic message not even at all different even though they were sent a month apart! They say they looked the order up and it was shipped to the fulfillment center so it's out of their control... I log into my account on the website and it says thre same thing its said since the day I placed the order UNFULFILLED.

I spent about 100 euro on this site on 4 items. On their website I found information that standard delivery time is about two weeks. Bull$#*!. This four items were individually sent in packages and first of them arrived about two months after ordering.
This is like buying stuff from wish. In the listing it looks amazing but you got piece of I don't know what. The quality is awful and the sizing is ever worse. I mesure myself three times (!) and compare it to the mesurements on the website but none ot items I received is wearable. Tops ale way too big and trousers small. I can get it alter but. Fot the price. Total crap.
Even after 5 months I didn't received one item. I contacted the seller when 2/4 item were missing and I got reply that shipping takes longer due to COVID. They said I should use tracking number they provided. I did. It was
"out for delivery" for two months. Suprise surprise, they never arrived and my post office never got a package with that number. I tried to contact the seller again bbut never received the answer. I opened issue in paypal but I'm pretty sure I've got scamed.

For US Costumers: They say it takes 2-6 weeks to receive the item after a tracking number has been generated. Going on 8 weeks and nothing - the tracking information hasn't been updated since the generation of the label. Just says "awaiting package from merchant". I asked customer service twice about the lack of movement (once after 2/3 weeks and no update and again after another 4 weeks and still no update) and both times was dismissed with a "well the label was printed so there is nothing we can do." Suspect I will never see those pants. Total rip-off.
