Placed and order of around $100usd back in April. For a few days it said it was being processed, so I emailed them to ask for an update, and they got back a few days later to say it had been processed and now out for delivery and a tracking number would be sent shortly. Fast forward 2 months and SEVERAL emails asking for a tracking number and nothing! Their website I noticed has a track your order page. So I thought 'why not' and when I input my details, to my shock I saw that it was STILL WAITING to be dispatched! I emailed my disgust and asked for a refund as they lied and fobbed me off and 2 months is far too long to actually ship an order! They have now blocked my email. Ignoring my IM'S on Facebook and removing any negative posts on their social media. Save yourself the agro and shop from somewhere who is legit, as after seeing all the bad reviews now, I regret placing an order with them. I am hoping to recoup my money via the bank, but not hopeful...

I had purchased a dress and skirt from this site after finding it from an ad on Facebook. Originally bought for an outfit to wear on my anniversary and I was very disappointed in the quality. Honestly the sort of quality you could expect for paying on a site like wish. I was not impressed with the sizing either, sizing is outrageous! Worse than h&m! I had asked to return as there was no was no way I would fit into them. As they said it was a sale item I could not return the items. I pointed out it was not a sale item but I had used a discount code for a first time purchase however this still apparently counts. I cannot return these items despite no where near as advertised and now I'm stuck with clothes I can never wear after spending 64 dollars. The customer service is friendly however the policies are flawed and I don't understand all the positive reviews when there's so much to be negative about. Prices are too high, quality is so low, returns policies basically non existent, took 5-6 days and three attempts of contacting to get an email back. Do not buy from Let's Be Gothic, would rather just stick to a reputable brand.

I spent +$100 on 5 products. I placed the order almost 2 months ago and I just received their "Sexy Goth Lace Mask" (originally sold for $12, now $25 but got for free using their 3GET1 coupon) and this thing is the cheapest thing I have ever seen, it only deserves to be thrown in the trash immediately. After 2 months I got an email saying the last product in my order was delivered. COMPLETELY DECEIVING.

They will not issue any refunds and PayPal will close your payment dispute because "something" was shipped/delivered.

I ordered one item from them nearly 2 months ago and didn't receive it. They have my money, and the product is sitting in the warehouse STILL. Don't give them your hard earned money. Go to Good Goth, Dracula Clothing, even Bonboho has cute goth-y looking stuff.

The item I ordered is the equivalent of string and when you request a refund Dark moon will offer you a new item just pay shipping. When you say no Abby will message you saying this nonsense
"We are sorry to know that you would like to cancel your order. The order has been processed. As we have stated on our Terms and Conditions which you agreed when you completed the order, cancellation can't be done once the order is received as you were given enough time during the checkout process to complete the order or not.

Thank you for your understanding."

So good luck returning anything to this " business"

I am very dissatisfied with this company. DO NOT order from them, especially right now. All their orders come from China. I made my order January 30th and have still NOT received it. I made my first inquiry Feb. 24th and they told me it was in transit. One month later on March 26th I made my 2nd inquiry with no movement on my package I asked for a refund. They refused and re-ordered my shirt. This package was last updated April 1st, marked "in transit" sitting in China. Now, 4 months later I inquired again asking again for a refund and they still refused saying it was "in transit". I understand there is a lot going on with Covid-19. But you can't let your customers wait 4 months for a shirt that's quoted to allow 10-15 days arrival time. I do not expect to EVER receive this shirt. I am never ordering from this company again.

Item arrived took a long while, turns out it's from china! Really poor fit in different areas, contacted them fir a refund, they offered another item for free but I would have to pay the shipping of £15 huge scam don't do it, the same things are made on wish!

This company is a complete scam! They show products then send you the jankiest piece of $#*! they can once you order and it takes over two months to arrive so they refuse to refund your money.
