This site is the epitome of stupidity. Poor application design and button placement. No visible customer support contact. I've sold on craigslist, ebay, and offerup, and this is by far the worst of them. But the cherry on top of this crap sundae of a site comes in the form of the people who use it. Honestly some of the worst, idiotic people I've ever had the displeasure of engaging with. They make plans to buy something, they don't show up. They say they're interested in an item and then they never respond to messages. Then sometimes they block you for no apparent reason, even though you've been nothing but polite to them. Oh and the worst part is, the goddamn lowballers on this site are ridiculous. How slow does someone have to be to even remotely think offering less than a third of the asking price is reasonable? For every $100 product you "attempt" to sell there will always be 20 of these idiots on their phones licking their chapped lips ready to type "$10". Everything on this site is against you. Especially the buyers. Sellers beware.
I was embezzled out of 2100 $ after meeting up to purchase a truck. The title was bogus and when I went to pick it up the next day, the address was also bogus. Letgo refused to release the actual posters ( sellers information) even though I made a police report and had the report number. Do NOT deal with this site, they support criminal activity.
I don't know if it's the letgo app or just some of the people who use it. I was unable to respond immediately to 2 different sellers because of jury duty. Both ended up blocking me and one called me unbelievable names. I used to be able to peacefully sell and buy on letgo. Not anymore.
The "is the price negotiable" button is right next to where the average person would scroll. So I am constantly sending that message to sellers. Then I have to apologise to them. Why can't they put a send button on this site? Poorly designed. We can write our our messages to the seller.

Thomas Michael 42/16 Karratha Terrace, Karratha WA adv iPhone 8Plus. I purchased the phone sending payment by CC. Thomas sent a Tracking# l1740C2234 inked to AIRBEX Couriers & Shipping Services.
The Tracking # advises that package to "Destination Post Office" occurred on 13th December. All efforts to contact AirBex or Thomas Michael have failed. Is this sale legitimate or have we been scammed.

This app infuriates me. The people who want to buy items are very uneducated! I had an authentic luxury bag on there which is probably my mistake, and got offers less then 1/3 of my asking price. Then, someone got mad at me for not accepting their ridiculous joke of an offer! I then added on there that the price was NON NEGOTIABLE and still got very low ridiculous offers! Stay away from this waste of time unless you want to take barely anything for what you're selling.
Nothing sells on this website dont waste your time like i did putting in pictures listing all your items -- NOTHING WILL SELL
They keep supsoendig my account for no apparent reason. The my claim a user complained about me but if so everything needs to be justified not just the wipe of someone's account who put up numerous ours and patience in it. Don't ever use it they will make you feel like you did a lot for nothing.
Bans items already posted on other account ads in same geographical area. I E: Maine. You can place same ad in NY and it's not touched.
I have sold a few items on let go, but I am not sure it was worth my time and trouble. If you have plenty of time and patience, this is your deal but if you're like me and let people get on your nerves, forget it. Everybody wants it for nothing and after dealing with the public for over 25 years, I have had it! I had just rather put it out on the curb and let the dumpster divers enjoy it. Very few keep their meeting appointments and it usually takes several back and forth messages before a deal is made. Letgo is not for everyone and I'm one of those people.

Just posted for sale a bunch of children's books. Price was $40 dollars for 38 books with the picture. The post was removed because Letgo said it must comply with local law... WHAT. These guys suck. They make is so hard to sell anything with their tool.
Got my account suspended for no reason. Sold ONE THING like 3 months ago and only have one listing. I deleted it yesterday because I decided not to sell it anymore. After I closed the listing I just receive a message saying my account is under review. I contact them but they copy and paste the same thing. I keep asking for an explanation and they call me a different name and said I am selling fake stuff. Seriously, I am selling NOTHING right now. Sadly I don't have a screenshot of my account page. It is definitely the worse app ever. Don't ever sell here. Don't waste your time and energy.
This app was at one time pretty good. Now its flooded with sleazy services posts from people I would let on my property let alone have them perform a service. I contacted a few to obtain their credentials, no one had any or any formal training for the service they are advertising. Its so obvious many of these are a scam. Several of these individuals spam post for multiple services

I have addressed this with the Letgo service folks who apparently do not care about their users, or more importantly their users safety.
I used LetGo a lot 6 months ago. Lately all the app wants to do is make money off you by "helping you sell," no thanks I dont need you getting a cut. Many people say "I'm interested," then go to lunch. Its going downhill FAST!
Why do I see so many furniture stores selling new furniture on let go. This is not what people come here for!
I got scammed on letgo. Try finding a number to report it or get help! Do not use it the fact that you cannot even find a customer support number seals the deal. There are fake buyers and the company does not screen or protect you.
