There is no way of contesting and removing unfair reviews. I was flagged as a "scammer", after i sent a message to someone who posted a scooter with no info. I asked if it ran, if not did he have any idea what was wrong with it. He proceeded to bombard me with messages stating... it doesn't run, but you can sell it for parts for three times what he was asking. He continued to blast me with messages, so I simply said I would let him know if I decided to have a mechanic look at it. He went ballistic, and branded me as rude, scammer, obnoxious. There is no way of contesting review with Letgo and removing this slanderous label.

I got flagged because I don't speak /write Spanish. So called buyers are a joke, they just play around acting like they're interested while you lose sales with interested buyers. Unsafe app.

Easily, one of the most moronic sites out there. Never mind how difficult it is to use and sort your items, but after you get that down, the best is yet to come. Prepare yourself for question after question, from people who have no money, have no intention of buying and have the mentalities of fleas. List an item and someone will ask "Is it still available" You answer "yes". Three days later, they will ask the same question again and then again in another 3 days. Then they will ask if it comes with more than you listed. You will say "no" and they will say "no longer interested" or "I have to ask my husband" or " can you lower the price". Keep in mind, you are selling an item for $30- that is still for sale in stores for $200-, meaning you are already taking a $170- loss, yet that is not enough. Furthermore, even if you do lower the price to what they want, they still find a reason not to buy. This site is a joke, and nothing but jobless, penniless, toothless goobers sitting around all day annoying people.

Hype only
February 22, 2017

I'm surprised the app don't ask for access to my medical records, my bank account my pin number and to view my wife when she is taking a shower. If you are okay with the requirements use it.

App asking to access to your Identity.
Location
Your photos and your media files
Your Camera
Your WIFI connection information and the names of any other devices (people) that connected to your WiFi?
Wants access to your device ID & all your calls information?
And at the end it says OTHER?
It seems like you allowing some one to access your life information from Netherland. The capital of the credit card fraud and identity theft.
Be Careful, specially if you have your personal and your credit information saved on your phone for easy pay.

Seem Perfectly fine to me
February 18, 2017

I certainly read the reviews, it's like any other app or newspaer add. I am hoping we can sell our dining room set that we have only used a handful of times. I also realize that there are also other people selling dining room sets. It's a chance you take. It works just fine. Not great but I have no suggestions to make it better however, DEFINITELY not deserving of a 2 or below rating. Good luck to all hope you find or get the deal you want. AB

THIS SITE SUCKS.
February 17, 2017

This site sucks big time. Don't waste your time posting items for sale. It works fine for posting the item. Then you get response from interested parties. You're pleased to get them. THEN THE TROUBLE STARTS. YOU ARE UNABLE TO RESPOND TO YOUR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS. THE RESPONSES DONT GO THROUGH. I'VE LOST TO POTENTIAL SALES BECAUSE THE EMAIL
REPLY FUNTION DOES NOT WORK. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TRYING TO SELL ON THIS SITE.

This app requires you share your location, share files, etc.
Right after I downloaded the app my email was hacked and I started getting texts from people wanting me to ship to Nigeria (over and over all damn night)
I logged into my profile, I did not share my phone number and the biggest shock was my location was showing, not as I had set it for my city, but my damn home address!
DO NOT DOWNLOADED THIS APP

People are strange, with these apps it all depends on the area you are in. You have 3 basic areas 1st. City, 2nd. Rural. 3rd. Suburbs. Each area has its own kind of strange. Most city people just want to get rid of stuff cluttering up their small homes. Rural people are usually cheap buyers & sellers, and the suburbanites, not rich & not poor thay want to get the most for what they are selling, they have most of the tech devises but arn't savey enough to use it properly and they are low ballers offering $10 for a $200 item. And they are the stranger of the three. They are basically the tweenies of society,
As far as recieving support, just look at how many employees they have vs how big they are. They are obviously growing faster than they can keep up with.
As far as the winners who complain about personal security, really? This bs goes back to the CL killer. So, if you know how to read you should have read the free advice they offer. Read their policies and the safety info. And use COMMON SENSE.

So I will give this App 2 stars because I have sold some stuff on here successfully but not without screening them and weeding them out first. I always tell people if you want to meet at my location you will IM or Text me first when you arrive because if they really want it they will show up. But my biggest beef is people do not read and they ask you whats already advertised in the ad so I get annoyed and say read the ad that is usually followed up with no reply which in turn I leave them a 1 star review (If I can actually do that sometimes no review button which is suspect) saying they are rude and have no manners, apparently its acceptable this day and age to not respond. Either way my feedback is ALWAYS Say you are required to message me when you get to your safe meeting location and then you meet them, its ok to make people wait, if not you get stiffed.

Incriminating
February 10, 2017

Nothing about bad reviews after trying to sell something
People like Jeff and Josephine Allen that show interest in your product then changes there minds and puts a bad review like Jeff and lack of communication and never follows threw then after four weeks sends a bad review on you cause you have no idea what's going
Josephine Allen is nothing but excuses and lack of communication this site is full of jokers and clowns like Josephine Allan and Jeff that will make your selling experience a living hell and complicated
Beware of people like josephine Allen and others like her which this site seems to be 90%

Horrible
February 10, 2017

Once you post a pic it stays on the top page for about 10 minutes and then it gets buried when other people post their stuff. For example, I tried to sell a treadmill and it went way down on about the 10th swipe within a very short amount of time. People sell individual items of clothes so those immediately push down your pic. I searched treadmills to see if it was at least posted there- it was there alright, along with about 120 other treadmills with similar pictures to mine so it's a very long crapshoot that anyone will contact you regarding your item. Lastly, most of the inquiries I received were from those scammers who want to send a delivery truck and check for you to cash. Ugh, what a waste of my time.

The Customer Service team is the most unresponsive team possible! I sent a message last Friday and their email says someone will respond in 24 hours. It has been 5 days! I would agree with what people are saying about the clientele that comes to purchase. I had someone express interest and then didn't respond to my messages for a whole week. When the buyer finally responded and I told her the item was already sold, she left a bogus review calling me shady. There are so many other selling apps out there and if you want to save some of your sanity, do not use letgo!

Honest
February 6, 2017

I accidentally posted my 12 pc place settings of never used Pier One Dinnerware that you can still purchase... and the onlooker was made aware of. I had described the dishes thoroughly pointing get out they are a standard at Pier One and what they would cost, then what I wanted for the tags removed, unused dinnerware. Several were interested and said ready to write a check. Whatever. Then this woman writes back Okay... she'll take them. They are still free. right.ok everyone else saw the price. I apologized for any confusion, but later wanted to say. What the hell, get a job. Go try to buy things without looking for give outs. It was clearly shown current dinnerware unused from Pier One. But I love how she had to come across as, uhhhh I guess I'll take them. Can you deliver! Never ever again will I use this site with the pathetic clientele. Get a damn job!
