Half right

The prescription on both lenses were confirmed by optometrist as correct … however, the nearsightedness~farsightedness transition between the R and L lenses are misaligned by 3-4mm. Having prior positive experience I ignored negative reviews and assumed most people like myself tend to comment when motivated by a poor experience. Lesson learned.

Not impress this time

I send two Alexa Frames for Lensabl to change the glass to my prescription and they are perfectly done! This time I send another smart glasses for the same purpose, well, this one is poorly replaced. It took longer than the first two for replacement, and the prescription lenses does not fit snuggly into the frame. Two plus weeks now since I got them back. The prescription lenses are falling out of the frame. You see space between the lenses and rim of the frame. I am not impress with the work performed!

I've ordered several lenses from you all. One pair was pretty off but you allowed me to send them back and made it right. Another pair wasn't perfect but it wasn't worth the hassle of sending back. I am now replacing those lenses. Keep giving good product and good service and I'll keep coming back! (Better yet, make sure quality is your number one and no one would send anything back!)

I sent in my own frames and they forgot the anti-glare on the first order. I sent them back and they fixed them. Now they are perfect. I love that I can get progressives for a reasonable price.

I bought a pair of ($$$) sunglasses on a trip to NYC over 15 years ago, when I still had 20/20 vision. I was just about to donate them as I can't see out of them safely, until I found Lensabl! They replaced the lens and now I feel fashionable (again)!

Great service - Lensabl makes it easy!

I've recommended Lensabl to handfuls of folks. I love that I can find frames anywhere, or simply update my old faves; and Lensabl makes the process easy by providing the mailing package, if desired. I recently put new lenses in my Ray-Ban Clubmaster sunglasses, and they did a great job matching the original tint.

I did not purchase the premium coating and the lenses scratched easily and were smudged constantly. Very low quality material. I am ordering again for my new Smart Glasses with upgraded AR Coating, so I am counting on these lenses to be higher quality.

Sadly very disappointed

Ordered prescription glasses with Goodr frames and they cleared were not made correctly. The lenses have a fishbowl feel and give me a headache each time I try to wear them. Wish I had purchased through an in-person business rather than choosing an online company. Lesson learned.

Perfect transaction

I only have good things to say about this company. Any questions asked a quick reply answers them. Once I uploaded my pmt information and prescription a mailing package from them was promptly to sent to me. I placed my frames in the package and sent them to Lensabl. I got my glasses back in about a week and a half. I am very satisfied with my glasses. I have already recommended Lensabl to others and will use them for myself again.

Terrible customer service

I ordered contacts and received them 6 days later, however they were the wrong prescription. The only way to contact Lensabl is via email. So far my issue is not resolved. Horrible customer service. Will never order again. One star because 0 isn't an option.

Beware - Nonrefundable and Inaccurate!

My first time working with Lensabl was great. This second time around - while they were accommodating when they sent glasses with inaccurate PD and SEG, the second time around, when my optometrist said they had the PD incorrect, there is nothing Lensable was able to do for me and they are nonrefundable. Big mistake on my part to work with them. I've since learned I can take Goodr frames to my local shop at my optometrist and they will make lenses for them. So I will be doing that in the future. Or going with Warby Parker.

Good looks and good value

Ordered a pair for hiking the CT. I can no longer hike without prescription sunglasses. These were lightweight, nonslip and feel great on my face. Unfortunately, I dropped them in the first week and scratched the lenses which made them annoying to wear. Ordering a second pair and added the scratch protection this time.

Your website is difficult to use.

Super difficult to give you the measurements or log in! Why did you not ask me for the measurements when I placed the order. Then after placing the order I cannot log back in? No way to register? No way to get back to the order to put the measurements in? Wow It seemed easier the first time I ordered. Now it has gotten worse.

Best sunnies ever!

I've used regular Goodr sunglasses for running for a while, so I was thrilled to find that they can be ordered with prescription lenses. They don't slip or bounce, and the frames are lightweight and durable.

Still waiting on my glasses

As I'm writing this I'm still waiting for my glasses to be delivered back to Lensabl. Because my order was not correct. I ordered the lenses on August 26. It took almost 4 weeks for the shipping box to arrive. Then I received the glasses on October 12th. The glasses didn't have the level 1 Grey gradient tint. Lensabl immediately sent me a shipping label. I immediately shipped the glasses back to Lensabl. It is now October 25th and the glasses still haven't arrived back with Lensabl to be corrected. On the redo order it stated that the glasses need to be as dark as possible. That is not the tint that I ordered. I enclosed a note stating that the glasses need a Level 1 Grey Gradient Tint. I am hoping that the redo doesn't get improperly done. This is the 3rd pair of replacement lenses that I have ordered from Lensabl. The first 2 pair exceeded my expectations. They were done correctly and arrived quickly. I would like to continue to be a Lensabl customer. I'm hoping that this is just them having a bad day and not the normal.
