Each time I emailed the customer service, I received the help I needed. I truly appreciate all the help received, since it was my first time ordering. My glasses came a couple of days ago. I am getting used to my new prescription and the new lenses. Thank you!

Great replacement

Unfortunately they lost my glasses at first, but I inquired about it... and they quickly found them and asked me to confirm... started this lens repair in November, they forgot to send the box to ship in, then finally rec'd the box at end of December. They have normally been very good, possibly Christmas time and covid threw them off. The glasses are very nice! I will use them again in the future

I used the lensabl service because I didn't want to go to a brick and mortar business during the pandemic. I had a favorite pair of frames but the lenses needed to be updated with my new prescription. When all was said and done, new lenses through Lensabl cost a lot more than I was expecting —around $375. The glasses with new lenses arrived after a few weeks. They strained my eyes and were so blurry, I could not wear them for more than a minute at a time. I asked about a refund, only to learn all sales are final. I requested the lenses be redone. I was told I needed to go be measured for PD accuracy, so I called around to find out who would do this. My doctor's office charged $75 for PD measurements. An added expense I could not really afford. I sent my new PD measurement and returned the glasses to Lensabl. That was weeks ago. I'm still waiting on them. To say I am displeased with Lensabl would be an understatement. Overall, it has been 4 months since I first placed my order, and I still don't have glasses.

I just received the glasses today nearly 6 weeks after they were ordered.and when I got them they came without the transition lenses I had ordered. I am waiting to hear back from customer service but have little faith they will fix this. What a mess

I had new lenses made for my glasses because I had cataract surgery. I had "mono vision" as the replacement for my natural lenses and wanted a correction for computer use and night driving. The driving correction is fine but to use my new glasses for computer or reading I need to tilt my head back a bit to bring the right eye into focus.The left eye is OK.
Replacement lenses after cataract surgery are partially covered by Medicare but only with contracted insurance companies. Buyers should be advised of this.

I purchased the echo frames from Amazon, which are a pair of glasses with Alexa built in, so I wanted to get prescription lenses so they could be my daily glasses. I went to lenslabl and after an extra 2 weeks after what they told me with no updates or contacts from lenslabl, my lenses arrived incorrect. Because I had already gone to 3 other lens manufacturers that were overpriced or the glass didn't fit in the frame, I returned the frames. I returned them whilst I was in the process of attempting to get a refund for my faulty lenses, because I was about to reach the end of my return time on the frames. Now I've been to 4 different representatives every time I ask for a refund, on the same email reply, and they are still attempting to say that they need pictures of the lenses in the frames to see if there "really is something wrong with the lenses". They have "generously" offered to bend the rules and replace my lenses if they find something wrong with them, but refuse to give me a refund. Do not buy from this website. There are many others that offer comparable prices and better service.

Lens Replacement

I switched eye doctors and they couldn't replace the lenses in my ray bans that I love but I hung on to them, and I found this website. I have astigmatism so my lenses are thick but my vision in these now are perfect, and they fit better than they did before! The package they came back in came with a cleaning kit and a cute case for the glasses. This website was more than I expected!

This is my first time doing something like this. I have never purchased frames without a prescription. A friend referred me to Lensabl to complete the glasses. I received my glasses yesterday and am very happy with the results. I am so impatient but good things come to those who wait.

Can't wear the glsses

I cannot focus properly with these new progressive lenses. I need to have someone contact me to verify. In the meantime, I am taking thse new lenses/glasses to mu Optometrist to verify the prescription

Progressive lenses

The order process was fine with shipment and delivery. Where things fell short is in the actual lenses. They don't seem to match the prescription I entered so I find myself having spent money for lenses I won't use.

Slow processing but EXCELLENT LENSES

The service to provide is excellent and the lens quality is superb. I paid for the quick shipping and I must say it took much longer than I thought. Additionally there is no live customer service you only can email customer service and they get back to it a later date. Once again the lenses are quality it just takes longer than I thought.

Great, fast service!

I'm really pleased with the service I received from Lensabl. It was half the price of going to my usual eye care place, and just as fast! Customer service was also quick to respond to my question regarding shipping updates. I'll definitely use Lensabl again in the future and recommend to my friends!
