I had a favorite pair of frames that I needed new lenses in just for computer use in my home business office. Scanned the prescription, printed their label, shipped the glasses. I received my frames and new lenses (partial wireless) in a total time of two weeks, $160 less than what my optometrist office quoted. Couldn't be happier. Nice shipping container and well packed. I ordered some prescription sunglasses from Lensabl. First, by the time you add up all the extras such as polarization etc, they weren't all that much less expensive than from a regular shop. Second, it took considerably longer than I thought it would, a little over 2 weeks. Third, I had asked that the lenses I ordered be the same size as the ones in the frames I sent to Lensabl. In the end they were a little bit smaller, and with sunglasses, that can make a difference. The lenses DO seem to be good quality and my frames were returned to me in very good condition.

It was just delivered to me and unfortunately after ALMOST A MONTH OF DELAY FOR THE REASON OF QUALITY CHECK DUE TO ISSUES WITH WORKMANSHIP, you have managed to send me a damaged pair of Bose frames that I purchased brand new.
Whoever worked on and put these lenses in this frame has manged to scrape/rub off and take the shine off the frame all around the edges and discolored it in a few different and random spots on both sides by what seems to be some kind of polishing/sanding device, my $600 pair of Bose frame & lens now look like some previously used for years pair of glasses.
This has been a really disappointing experience to start with and even worse now to finally receive them after all this time damaged like this by the person who worked on it.
Making it a flawless workmanship was the reason for it's delay to begin with as per your own customer support emails to me, and now this, completely disappointed and unacceptable.
I expect a call from a supervisor along with the return instructions for correction/refund ASAP, I will also be reaching out to Bose customer support to discuss this matter further in details.

I ordered 4 pairs of glasses on 10/1. As of 10/21, I have received 3 of them, one of which isn't what I ordered. I called, many times, but no human, only direct voice mail. I've "chatted" on their website to try to find solutions for why I had not received my orders yet. After 3 times, on 3 separate days, I chatted with someone who told me one of the 4 pairs was delayed because of the manufacturer error. I could go on about this experience, but you get the point.
There was some strange behavior on the website when I placed my order, and single view lenses were ordered even though my RX showed progressives. When I received my glasses, not even the single view was right. There was no consideration that I've ordered from Lensabl twice before. I have to pay a restocking fee, sent the glasses back and have heard nothing from them since. Went it one of their competitors and am very happy with their products and service.
Super easy to order, super quick completion, and the lenses are parfait; only time-consuming portion of this whole process was typing out this review.
With a prescription in hand I wanted to replace the lenses in my favorite frames. Lensabl made that quick and easy with their web service. The price paid for good quality lenses with blue light filter was literally hundreds of dollars less than my eye doctor quoted. The whole process too just over a week from me completing the order and mailing in my frames to receiving them back with new lenses. Great experience, great price. I'm sold.
I bought used designer frames in an online auction. I then sent them off to Lensabl to get my prescription lenses. The frames seem cleaner and straighter then they were when I sent them (I think Lensabl tightened them. Uo for me, which was great!) I'm really pleased. It was super quick and they came back with a case and lens cleaner in a neat little box. Will definitely be back.

I have these special frames that came with lenses that aren't very good. The blue light tint is too yellow and, worse of all, they are hyper reflective (I could always see my own eye reflected on the lenses). The frames are unique, though, so I wanted to keep the frames but get good lenses. Lensabl to the rescue! The process was very easy and user friendly. The turnaround was quick as well. Best of all, the lenses are excellent. The annoying reflection that plagued my previous lenses is completely gone. The blue light tint is barely noticeable. The price is reasonable as well. They might but be the cheapest but they are absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.
Glasses came back with one screw missing (and the right lens falling out accordingly), and the other screw mismatched to the frames (way too big and the wrong color). Customer service was extremely slow to respond and it took ages to get a proper response with a proposed solution. Send the glasses back and they then took another week and a half at the lab just to replace the two incorrect screws. Absolutely ridiculous experience. Lenses are fine but this was in no way worth the hassle or time.
I put on my new glasses & I could see! Shipping was fast and no hassle whatsoever. I will definely order from Lensabl again.
I'll admit I was a little apprehensive about ordering my progressive lenses through the internet and mail. There's so many variables that I thought this can't work. But much to my surprise, I was happily shocked that they came back pretty perfect! They've gained a customer for life. I am recommending that my family and friends do the same. It's amazing how much money you can save and you get a quality product. I plan on buying more fun frames and sending them for lenses. I can have different glasses for my every mood. Thank you for making lenses affordable for progressive lense wearers like myself!
I sent some dead stock, vintage frames to have made into my Rx. They came back about a week and a half after they arrived at the lab. They were returned to me in a beautiful new case! I love them!

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
