You received my frames on August 14,2020 and after a 6 weeks you admitted to me that you broke my frames. Even though you sell frames I was asked to find replacement frames and send you a link to find them. I just received my glasses today (10/19/2020). You don't provide a phone number or email address to request an update or speak to a customer service person. I have had several pairs of glasses completed by Lensabl and they have all taken about a month to receive. The moral to the story is don't use Lensabl if you need your glasses relatively soon.
Even though I rank your service and business model fairly low because of all of the delays and an absence of customer service I am satisfied with the final glasses.
I have used lensable three times now to put new prescription lenses in old glasses and each time they have turned out perfectly. And for much less than my local eyeglass store. Couldn't b happier.
Took way too long to get my lenses. They also didn't return the original case for my frames.
I am happy with the entire process. The only thing that I am disappointed with is the the bifocal line that I can see on my glasses. I was hoping the line would be invisible.

I ordered prescription Bose Tenor sunglasses, my biggest concern was that the prescription was correct. Lensable got it right, transition, progressive bifocals. I inquired after two weeks about them and was told they were delayed because they failed final inspection. They remade he lenses. So they took a while longer but I'm very happy with them.

Loved the tracking of stages on the website, plus pretty fast service for what was being done! My only complaint is that the amethyst color on the transitions lenses is less purple than I was expecting based on pictures from the transition lens website. Might be helpful to provide more pictures, but I understand this is a feature that fewer people use.
I have used Lensabl several times now and their lenses are great. Service has gotten a lot slower recently but maybe that's because of school resuming or other seasonal reasons but the important thing is that the finished product is good and theirs has always been good. I certainly recommend checking them out if you need new lenses or glasses. Their prices are competitive with other quality facilities.
I live in a remote area. I took a chance and sending my glasses to get my lenses changed to progressive. It took awhile but well worth the wait. I prayed to "see" better and my prayers were answered. I had held off reading because I could not see well. I got my glasses back and now I cannot put my book down. Thank you for your help.

Lensable enabled me to use frames that my own optometrist wouldn't put my prescription in. A little bit tricky by shape and fragility. I'm very pleased.
Only downside is they take a long time to come back to you once you ship them off.

I could keep track of my order and it's progress and when I got my glasses they were exactly what I was hoping for. I've been looking to get a pair of glasses like these for a long time and was never satisfied with what I found from glasses companies so when I did find my perfect frames I was so glad this company existed so I could have exactly what I wanted in my glasses.
I am very pleased with the final product of my lens replacement. The only thing that dismayed me was the insistence on an OCH measure, which was complicated to measure since I had already sent my frames in, and no one reached out in the interim to see what I wanted to do. The order took 7 weeks! I just don't get why I didn't need to submit an OCH measure with Warby Parker or any other lens companies but you guys held my order up because of it. In the end though, the glasses came back great, and it's so nice to be able to wear my old glasses with new unscratched frames. I also placed another order for sunglasses using your frames and I look forward to getting them too.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
