I recently got a new prescription for my glasses which left me with my expensive Silhouette frames that now needed new lenses. Most place will not even work on this type of rimless lenses. Luckily i found Lensabl who not only would replaced them with my new perscription but at about half what it would've cost at my old optometrist. The process was very easy... they promptly answered all my questions then sent me a prepaid box to safely send them my frames. About a week later they sent me my new glasses which work perfectly and fit just like my trusty previous ones because they were the same frames. It was a great experience and I'll be sending in another of my favorite frames soon for another pair. Thanks.
The order process takes a very long time, but the wait is worthwhile. I've ordered 2 pairs of bose glasses with lenses and both have been perfect.

I had to wait so long for glasses that I'm not going to be able to use. I don't know if I ordered the wrong thing but I always have progressive lenses. Having the bifocals lines makes it impossible for me to use them.

Expected a little more performance for a 80% tint solid color lens. Thought the color would be more darker and the performance would be better. Wish they could have got it darker for me.

This was an awesome way to get our lenses prescription filled. I sent my husband's and my frames and in less than 2 weeks we got our glasses back. We are so impressed with the turn around time that we are sending in our old frames to have the lenses replaced.

The problem i face is that many things I see are concave. Like my phone i see it that it is not straight but concave. Which should not happen.

I sent the glasses in to Lensabl on the 9th of October, they were received on October 13th and showed the 6 days to complete. After 8 days I contacted the company to find out that they could not insert the type of lens I ordered and had to use a different one and it would cost an additional $30 (No one bothered to contact me to tell me this). I told them to go ahead and charge me and please put a rush on the order. I paid the $30 the same day and after another 7 days I kept noticing there was no progression on the lens, kept showing 6 days to completion. Contacted them again after another 8 days asking why aren't the lens being done, they said they had not heard back from me, fortunately I kept the email string to show we had talked and the payment was made the same day, I asked again could they rush the order since so much time had already passed. Another 6 days passed with a status on my lens still showing 6 days and I contacted them again and request to rush the order, I was told there were layers of checks that the lab had to go through. I finally received my glasses November 12th. When I received my glasses, they kept my lens that came out the glasses which are replacement sunglasses lens. I'm done with this company. Beyond all this, I used a Groupon but could not use the 15% at the same time which they offered me. I only used this company because Bose recommended them for prescription lens for their Tempo glasses.

This company is hot, steaming garbage. First, my frames were delayed - but the company didn't reach out to explain why. When I got in touch, they told me they couldn't make the lenses in the material I ordered and paid for. Several days later, the frames arrived with thicker lenses - but I had to push for a refund in the price difference, which was eventually refunded. The frames also arrived scratched, so I requested a replacement. I received a replacement that had been previously used (Bose smart frames; these tried to pair to someone else's iPhone out of the box). I can't activate the frames because they are paired to someone else's Bose account - some anti-theft feature, perhaps? I'm hoping to get a refund and be done with this company and its crummy user experience. It's been years since I've had such a tough time with a service-focused company. STEER CLEAR.
It was my first time using lensabl and it took almost a month to get my glasses back. There was no communication about when I would receive my glasses. I checked on their website and it was stuck on the same stage until I reached out to customer service.

I received my lenses exactly as ordered. These were for my new Bose bluetooth audio sunglasses. I just wanted regular blue blocking lenses for indoor use. The lenses came packaged extremely well and were the correct size making the changing of my lenses simple. As they were meant to be. I will be using Lensal again. Thank you.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
