I have some frames that I just love, signature frame. Lensable made it easy to send them in and update the prescription. I considered mulling around for my own box but why. They sent me everything I needed to pack them up and send the frames on there way. I went for the works with lenses too, non glare, polished edge etc. when I opened the box and put them on I was so excited to see again, everything looked amazing I could see the pours in my face. Not really a discount place but the quality is great
It took a bit longer to get them than I expected (They said they had to redo them because the first time it didn't pass their quality inspection.), but I don't mind the wait as long as the lenses are correct.
I got my glasses yesterday, and they are perfect! I'm really happy that I was able to keep the frames that I like and just get new lenses. I found that most other places won't do that. I'll definitely use lensabl again.
These guys didn't even replace my lens. They returned my glasses the same way I sent them in and still charged me for the service. Not to mention they returned my glasses without my original case and to make it even worse, I waited a whole month to get everything done, despite them claiming it takes 5-7 days. Customer service blamed quality issues delayed my order even though these guys are partnered with Razer (company the produces the frames). You'd think quality wouldn't be an issue since they're working with Razer to produce the lenses. Complete scam company, I do not recommend! Stay clear, there are better options!
Glass lens replacement came out great but takes 5-6 weeks with standard shipping. Most of that time was spent at company with web saying ship in 5-6 business days the day the received them so communication could be better. Would use again just expect a wait
I requested a box sent to me to ship in my frames and it took over a week to get to me. Once I sent it in it took another week for them to start working on it, and another week and a half for the lenses to be complete. Once they shipped it to me it was here in like 3 days though which was great. The lenses are perfect, the frames are in the same condition I sent them in, and they also returned the non-prescription lenses that came with the frames. I will definitely use them again, and just be prepared for the longer shipping times.
Wonderful communication, fast turnaround and a beautiful product at a GREAT price. Highly recommended.

Great product, and perfect lenses from a prescription prospective. Minus 2 stars due to other issues along the way. With all the add-ons I did on my lenses, I expected shipping anywhere from 3-4 weeks. However, my order status didn't move from "in the lab working on it" on day 1 until after six weeks. Had to constantly send emails to get actual status. Finally received the product after 6 weeks only to find that the Transitions were not the color that I ordered. Can't comment on the customer experience with resolving an issue such as this as of yet since I've not been provided with how this will be rectified as of yet.

Ordering, and getting my own frames through Lensabl was a seamless & easy process. The lab worked fairly quickly and shipped in a decent time frame. Received an exceptional product. Very happy with Lensabl this time around.
I got my prescription Rayban aviators & they seem alright thus far. Prescription seems on point, and I got the ear- & nosepieces fitted for free at my regular eyeglass shop. The only issues were a) when I ordered, the site processed the order twice, so I was charged twice & it took about 2 weeks to get my money refunded; and b) the glasses arrived a few days later than indicated in the USPS tracker, but this is not a big deal considering pandemic mail delays.
So I'm giving a 4-star rating (though for some reason it is showing as 5 stars after I click submit).
Thank you for completing the order. However where is my original glass case? It was brand new and designer and it is not in my package.

The glasses fit perfectly which was the biggest thing I was worried about. I am unsure if I am just getting used to the new lenses or if maybe my prescription needs to be updated but my vision is a little fuzzy now but that is not to any fault of you, otherwise I am extremely happy with the purchase.
Sent my frames along with my prescription. Received frames with a prescription that was not mine and was totally useless to me. After some emailing I re-sent my frames along with my prescription. NOTHING. Finally received a pair of loose lenses! No frames. No explanation! This has been going on over a period of two months. To say I am frustrated with this is an understatement
I was impressed with this company. I ordered my lenses online and the process was very simple. I selected the lenses type I wanted and various coatings I was looking for, I printed a shipping label and boxed up my frames. I could keep track of the whole process; where my frames were, when the lenses were ready and when they had shipped.
I have a rare prescription and left a note asking attention to detail on my lenses but when I received my glasses and put them on, I could see! That makes all the difference. They returned the lenses that came on my frames, they gave me a case to store my new glasses in and included a free cleaning spray! It was a very easy experience and I'd definitely recommend if you have a favorite pair of glasses that need an updated prescription, or a set of frames that you know looks good but you want made into sunglasses. This company took good care of my frames and I hope to get the opportunity to use their business in the future!

I sent my old frame and asked to have my lenses replaced. The process was very easy and now I am a happy customer. The price is the best part!
My glasses were rejected by the Lensabl Quality team numerous times, I finally received them yesterday and they are not right. I contacted someone yesterday and they are planning to rework them. I have numerous other glasses to be receive new lenses, but not until this first pair is perfect Customer service throughout my first Lensabl experience has been exceptional, I'm just in desperate need of this first pair to be usable, I need them terribly.
I ordered new prescription lenses for my existing RayBan Justin frames. I ordered the darkest brown option. I received a extremely light tint in rose color. Lenses light enough they are near clear. Reached out to support, answered questions and sent pictures. No updates, no response. Silence. I have reached out again multiple times and still no response. I paid good money for glasses that I can't use and Lensabl does not seem to want to stand by their service.
Good team to get the job done! Both the lab and admin. Take a while to response to email and take a while to get it done and ship the frame back out. Good job though, I might get another frame done if there's good deal.
I'll think twice about going with Lensabl again. Took much longer than what they stated to get my glasses back.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
