Lens.com provides reliable service. One of my contact len prescription was not kept in stock so I had to wait for about 10 days before shipped. Contact lens prices have increased almost 100% over the past two years. This has been a significant problem regarding of contact lens vendor.

I first used lens.com about 9 months ago after getting a high price quote from 1800contacts. 1800contacts does offer free, quick shipping, but lens.com does not. However, considering shipping, the price of the transaction was still lower at lens.com, for the same lenses.
Stay away from this company! Worst site to order contacts from! They overcharged me on my contacts and then after 2 months of calls and trying to get my money back they told me I was out of the 1 month warranty period! Don't waste your time here, they are scammers!
