The price per box wasn't that much lower then the eye doctors. When you add fee's the even went alittle higher. I need to order my contacts but I will be watching the fee's real closely. Probably will order from my doctor.
My RX expired the same day I placed my order. Lens.com offered an eye exam through my phone! How cool is that? I was able to get my replacement contact lenses same day!

When shopping online the final amount was almost twice as first quoted without explanation. I called and discovered there is a $32.00 "service fee". Because of this I will not use this company in the future.
After 3 people and about one hour + I finally got what I wanted and that was for them to replace the lens. Sounds easy,,,, not so much. I didn't want just a credit. It took way to much trouble for them to finally just replace it. Not sure if I would deal with them again.
