I've been happy with everything except the final delivery. FedEx was supposed to deliver to USPS but the contacts were not in my mailbox. They were left in a package storage room.
There was a problem with my first RGP lenses ordered from Lens.com. They examined my complaints and replaced the lenses at no charge. I expected frustration but they made good on issuing my a refund for the first set to be applied for replacements. Overall, I'm happy with the experience and wouldn't hesitate in recommending or using them again in the future.

I got contacts and first of all the prices are Barely lower than you can find elsewhere and they get you in with a super low price, that it nearly doubles with taxes and fees that it doesn't show you until it's in the cart. Incredibly misleading prices, don't be fooled. That plus a frustrating rebate process, I definitely won't be buying from here again.
