My eye doctor sent me the wrong prescription, so Lens.com sent me what was ordered (but it took MUCH longer than promised). But, in preparing to get the $200 rebate, I cut the proof of purchase off one box and then realized it was the wrong strength. Lens.com would not take that box back so I'm stuck with 90 contacts, but I did get the other boxes refunded. I ended up buying the new contacts with the correct prescription from a different company.
I initially tried to reorder from the link in the email and didn't know it would automatically submit the order without letting me modify the order so had to call customer service. Customer service was a pretty smooth/painless experience but the price of the contacts have gone up since the last time I ordered them. Prices should be lower especially since there's also a delivery fee and taxes - it all adds up and you end up paying a lot more than it should be.
Super easy to find my brand of contacts and get them ordered. Only downside is that you have to pay for shipping unlike other companies. But the rebate I got from Lens.com was more.

There's no problem with the product; it's the advertising of the price that is incorrect. I realize they are showing the price after rebate, but even then the price per box was incorrect (lower than actual). So if you shop here, be sure you're looking at the bottom line, and don't be fooled by the unit prices that look so great.
I was very pleased with the customer service from start to finished. The dallies contact lens fit well and the price was reasonable. This is the second time I have ordered from this company. I definitely would recommend them.
This will be the last time order. Was held up & dealing with customer service (as I did last year) was very unnecessary! I'll pay a few extra dollars not to deal with the buffoonery!
My contacts were way off... couldn't see a thing. Before I sent them back it occurred to me to try switching the right to left and left to right. Worked great. Please be more careful inthe future.
Lower the price on SilSoft lenses. I work in the eyeglass industry and these lenses have a super mark up. These lenses are typically NEEDED for infants, children and young adults to ACTUALLY SEE. They are the ones that people choose to wear instead of glasses and throw them away after a week. Help out the thousands of babies and children that depend on them for actual sight. My son has been wearing them for 25 years, we still have them all. Overall we have spent over 10K on lenses alone. And that's probably a low ball number. I also hate the new packaging, the glass bottle ones lasted longer than you changing to plastic. Who knows what that plastic packaging is doing to that lens. Everyone is trying to reduce plastic and you decided to switch to plastic and foil. Switch back!
When you advertise a product be truthful on the actual price upfront. The customer is fooled to believe the cost will be much less until you get to the actual order. Those shipping fees should be told upfront not hidden until the end. The customer then has to wait 3 months to get the rebate on the purchase.
I ordered my contacts from Lens.com for the first time. They were cheaper than most places, and though I got them later than they had originally stated, I still got them in a timely reason!

The contact set was exactly my prescription and are very comfortable. I will continue to purchase my RGP lenses from Lens.com.
Quick and easy ordering. I typed my prescription information and Lens.com. They reached out to my provider. This was extremely quick. Shipping took much longer than expected. Would purchase from again.
Always an easy experience, and I received my contacts in the stated timeframe. My only suggestion would be to either speed up the rebates (typically 12 weeks to receive), or just discount the price at order.
I was told that I would get a rebate of $220, and my receipt showed that I would pay $538.75, but when I got my Discover bill, I was charged $758.75. I would NEVER pay that much for contact lens. Also, it took much longer to receive the contact lens than it has taken when I ordered from other companies. Please have someone call me to discuss my bill at *******771. Carolyn Rutledge.
I received my lens and when paid for by the year, I received a great price plus I'm supposed to even get a rebate which I have already sent off. Hopefully the card will arrive soon
Lens crafters has been my preferred place to order my lens for over ten years and I dont plan on switching!
Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
