I placed order on telephone. The woman reviewed my charges and said she was waiting the shipping fee. She out loud read a statement and read the charges of $46 and I agreed. The next day there was $54 from my acct. I called and the rep said it was nothing she could do but offer me a credit for the next time! This Is fraud and there won't be a next time. How dare they take out what they want to take out!
I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I would NEVER have ordered. It's insane in this day and age to wait over two weeks for delivery. Not worth the savings.
If you're like me, you have probably been searching for a day or so for the best site to order your contact lenses from. After doing your research, you have probably decided to buy them from lens.com and now you're trying to find out how legit is the site. Right? So I'm leaving this review here for all of you people. I did not get payed or asked to leave a review.
Everything well perfectly well. I ordered the lenses I was looking for, uploaded my prescription and my order was on its way. The driver was pretty fast for where I live. The package was in a great condition. The lenses were exactly what I ordered.

5-7 days is turning out to be 17 days or more. If you want to get your lenses before your prescription changes again do not buy them from lens.com. Ordered my lenses on 10/4, they shipped on 10/7. Was told they would arrive around 10/11. They arrived to a Fed Ex location on 10/11 that is about 40 minutes from my house. Estimated delivery date is 10/21. They made it across the country in 4 days and now it will take 10 days for the last 40 miles. Customer Service told me I had to reach out to Fed Ex myself. They do not control their shipper. Ridiculous.

Took 2 weeks for my lenses to arrive. I was not happy with the product and returned it following the exact instructions.
ITS NOW BEEN 4 MONTHS apparently for 2 months my return lenses have been in Ontario I called the customer service line and they would not give me my refund and could not explain why the product was still in canada! HASSEL FREE RETURN MY...

I bought 4 boxes of 6 packs, chat online with a customer service agent, i SAVED THE CHAT, the agent said that i can get the rebate $100 as long as i purchased a year supply = 4 boxes, there is NOTHING exclusive about anything on there. The link on website just sent you a run around and end up at the same spot with no rebate form, i call rebate center, nobody pick up the phone, i called customer service, chose option for rebate, nobody pick up the phone, i called customer service, choose "question about existing order", they picked up after 20 minutes wait, then they told me that i am not qualify for the rebate. I included my chat history as well. My order number is *******429. This is the second attempt i trying to reach lens.com. I will seek further until i get my rebate as promised. Thank you for reading.

I do not like the fact you must mail in forms for a rebate. That is antiquated and only designed to keep people from actually getting the rebates. This is my first experience with them, and the order came in fast and accurate. I mailed off the forms yesterday for my rebate. We will see how long it takes to get it. If it takes too long, I will search other sites and compare prices.

I've never had an issue with Lens.com until this order. I placed my order exactly 2 weeks ago. When I called today to figure out what was going on, I was told they still hadn't shipped so I asked for them to cancel my order. I was told out would be cancelled and I'd be receiving an email confirmation. Well, 2 1/2 hours later I hadn't received an email so I called again. The first person never cancelled my order and they had shipped the contacts regular mail so it would be another 5-7 business days before receiving them! If I'd known it would take 3+ weeks to receive my order I would have either rushed the shipping or ordered elsewhere. And all they could do was tell me I could return the order once it finally arrives. I wear expensive daily contacts and they've lost a customer.
Ordered lenses and was given estimated delivery time of two weeks. However after multiple calls found out that the lenses were not even in stock. I was given misleading and erroneous information about the order and expected arrival date. Had to order from another company. Very disappointed with service.
Returning customer, great prices (saved me over $150 ordering here instead of through my eye doctor). A bit apprehensive about receiving my rebate - see others comments about not getting it. I did get the one on my first order, this order is my second, so we shall see.

I will not order from them again. Other reviewers also confirm my comments. I ordered approximately $200 of contacts in order to receive their advertised rebate. No response or rebate ever received after over 2 months.

I have had no problems with Any of my orders. And I've been orders for many many years. I just wish it were easier to obtain the rebates. I lose money because it's just so hard to obtain rebates after the fact.

Ordering was pretty straightforward and I actually received my order earlier than expected. However, my prescription was wrong. The numbers themselves were correct, but were mixed up between each other. I thankfully picked up on this and verified it with the prescription my doctor wrote for me. I'm not sure where the communication fell through, but I know I entered it correctly and if the numbers are verified by lens.com with my doctor, then I am not sure what happened.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
