I bought my contact lenses here because when I received the rebate the cost was much better than in other companies, but don't be fooled, the rebate never arrives, now with the excuse of covid, it never arrives, there are many other more serious companies and given the correct price for example For eyes
Contacts out of stock, poor communication, inaccurate estimated timing for when I would receive (12 days after order, and SUPPOSEDLY my contacts shipped TODAY - should have been shipped within 24 hours of order), customer service reps not helpful, one was borderline rude. Was told I would receive email updates, which I did not. I will most likely run out of contacts before I receive my order. In a highly competitive market with lots of other options, I expected a lot more.
I purchased an order of contact lenses from Lens.com on 11/30/21 and I submitted the rebate paperwork per the instructions provided on the website right away. I have chatted with 4 different customer service representatives who have been quick to say that the delay has been due to COVID, but COVID has pretty much come and gone as of today. I hate that I did not look up the reviews on Lens.com prior to placing my order, but I should have known that it was too good to be true. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission regarding this company's false advertisement of the $50 rebate Visa card. According to my rebate status, it still states that the last step needs to be completed (which is the mailing of the rebate card). It has been 5 months since I made my purchase and I truly believe that Lens.com assumes that consumers will forget about the rebate (which I am sure some do because I damn near forgot myself). With gas and grocery prices being as high as they are, customers need their rebates as advertised. My advice for customers is that you stay away from such a DISHONEST company as Lens.com and go with a company that is honest and offers the same product.

Ordered contact lenses in December 2021 which were much more expensive than competitor websites, but they offered a really great rebate. It is 5/16/22 and I have yet to receive the rebate. Each time I inquire they keep saying a few more weeks. Don't waste your time and money to only most likely get screwed out of a rebate.

I ordered contacts with lens.com in 11/2021. The contacts were delivered quickly and they're working out great. However, my $90 rebate card is delayed by 6 months. I will have to buy my contacts from another online shop this time.
I made an error on my prescription. I called and someone picked up right away---no problems.
I have used this company for years and they are good about getting you the product. But if you shop Lens.com and expect them to actually follow up and send you a rebate go someplace else. I sent in a rebate and it was received by the company on 1/19/22 it is not May 14th and I am still waiting. The company rebate tracker show it had been waiting to be mailed out for over 3 weeks. At first, they said it was due to COVID, and I get that for 2020 and 2021, but we are into mid-2022. I personally believe for some reason they are just not sending them out. But I will NOT place another order with this company until I actually get my rebate. Maybe $120 is not a big deal to the company, but it is to me.

I've read a ton of reviews that many people even last year haven't received their rebate. It's a scam for you to bank on people likely not remembering to ask for their rebate to claim a lower price for your product. This could lead to a class action lawsuit so you should process those rebates or not advertise it.
I've been waiting 5 months and have starred this email and will continue to ask for my rebate. I will never order from here again. It just doesn't seem transparent or trustworthy.

Lens.com does not send you rebate within their assigned time period. Their customer service is wholely unhelpful. I will not purchase from them again.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
