I bought contact lens for my baby. I live in Türkiye. I need invoice to complete custom department operations. I asked from live chat. They sent me an email, but the email contains order information and receipt. It does not contain invoice number. It is not real invoice. Because of it i can not complete my apply to take my product from custom department. I sent email to *******@lens.com 3 times. They say we will return in 24 hours but now I am at 84.hours. Live chat can not sent valid invoice and support email are not responses.
