I think LegalZoom is a great service considering what you pay for an annual membership to have access to legal advice. They've come through for me many times when I needed information quickly. At times I was able to schedule a call with an attorney one the same day. For a small business owner, this is highly important because there's usually little time to wait when someone is breathing down your neck for answers.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLANT IT WAS VERY EASY AND THE PRICE IS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND LEGALZOOM FOR ANY LEGAL MATTERS THEY HANDLE.

I would actually give the staff four stars but the actual attorney I had to deal with was rude and condescending.
He treats my concerns and questions as if I were an idiot and that I was bothering him. I had to consult am attorney twice and wanted to choose another one but there was so little availability that I had to use the previous one and found had the same experience!

I did a dba thru zoom, it was a slow process on my states portion of it, but i got the upgraded package and i dont even know what i got, im clueless, im in business now but i dont even know what legalzoom did or is going to do for me? Seems like they dropped the ball to me!
