What, only 1 consultation on a subject, as I had previously consulted various times on a matter seemed like a mid stream policy change, my policy requires of a vendor more of a under promise and over delivery, as this wasn't the case membership was terminated.

The experience was ok but I actually did not need this paperwork what I needed was a POLST form from my doctor the Living Will is totally useless I was told by the doctor; no one will follow it, So maybe some one should check this out so clients do not get out dated paperwork unknowingly. It is good I did not have another stroke before I found out about the POLST form

I applied for a trademark. I paid the extra to talk with a "REAL" trademark Attorney. Just about everything he told me was incorrect and any Attorney should know that filing the way I did would have never be accepted. After being rejected I hired an outside Attorney that, while expensive, change everything he could on my filing and got it to pass. He was laughing about filling a descriptive product name and expecting it to pass. This is the last time I am using LegalZoom.

LegalZoom- My skepticism was quickly replaced with a remarkable degree of trust. My recent UX with staff and numerous services was exceptional (to my pleasant surprise, at my request cancelling a previously ordered service with full refund and no fee) Not sure of the ins and outs- but I suggested to my personal attorney that for certain services he use LegalZoom and bill me and other clients accordingly.

I did a Last Will and Testament on LegalZoom. There were two areas where I needed to deviate from what LegalZoom's results generated. I talked to staff at LegalZoom and was told that deviation was not possible. Three Stars is generous for this cookie cutter service.
