Literally this is what I consider customer service to be I'm 52 and let me say after my first heart attack and was about to have my second when I spoke with joe it literally made my chest stop hurting so I'm going to copy what I said to legalzoom and paste. Let me just say before I start crying that I have NEVER especially since Covid had a person on the phone make me feel so relieved at the most difficult time in my life, I want to call back again but just know that Joe literally made me feel that I know without a doubt what I need to do I can't really afford to spend the money but I know in my heart he's not just making a sale he's literally saving a life that's me that will save many more even after I'm gone but let's hope I can live long enough to get this finished. Joe from the bottom of my heart thank you for the help and the world needs more people like you especially when it's needed the most. The best phone call I think I've ever made in my life no kidding. U should have the biggest paycheck in history because making a call and talking to a human being with answers and compassion isn't found anymore. I don't want to call a company out but let me say that at Amazon in Jacksonville Florida near the airport EVERYTHING is thru an app so it's nice to know at the worst time in our lives it's a great feeling to make one call and get answers that's literally what may have saved my life today and I'm not joking my heart is actually beating normal now
