I knew that availing myself of legal expertise in creating my LLC made sense; but I didn't realize the depth and breadth of Legal Zoom's products and services until I created my California LLC with them. The best part was when one of their agents phoned me back to help me complete what was needed by the Secretary of State and tax entities that I'd originally opted out of, thinking I could navigate it myself or with an attorney I know. It turned out that it saved me so much time and expense once the agent explained it would be required and he could help me fill everything out right there so my application wouldn't get sent back and delayed. In the end the money I spent was enormously less than making mistakes out of ignorance or outdated information in setting up my LLC, my future business bank accounts, and preparing for tax issues. I also know there is an annual legal advice package with their contracted attorneys for any and all business questions, and I will be taking advantage of that shortly as well. Launched my LLC today with the help of Legal Zoom -- I had no idea this morning I'd find such value in it! Goldmine.

I've always liked LegalZoom for they can provide a basic level of legal documentation and services at a very fair price. Also, what really impresses me is their customer service function. On a couple of occasions, I've had issues related to the work purchased and thus had to contact their customer service staff.
I do appreciate the fact that I was able to speak to a person who could figure out the essence of my issue; could get to a "live" person without being on hold for an inordinate amount of time; and then, get my problem resolved without them having to take it to a "higher authority". I am also always pleased with how smoothly issues get fixed and wished that other websites would take a similar attitude.
