It was necessary for me to follow up with LegalZoom regarding the LLC I had set up in 2022 and the requirement for LegalZoom to file another Registered Agent with the California. The agent I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable about what needed to be done to clear any deficiency. I am satisfied with the assistance I received and knowing that all will be in order within 72 hours at maximum.

After four years of not communicating with LegalZoom they were extremely cooperative on getting my account recovered and up to date. When it came to federal law they were prompt to keep me updated on mandates and regulations. Very professional and well mannered business.
