Couldn't have had a better experience with the sales rep (Rob) that called me. Gave me a call at 5PM on a Friday...normally would never answer (or at least stay on the phone). Stayed on for 20 minutes and will be signing up next week.
He knew everything and had more answers than I had questions which was helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a great decision going with them.

I confess that I was a bit apprehensive as I approached the "moment of truth" this morning. Why? I had attempted to begin the process two or three months too early. So I wasn't sure how to explain to a new person at Legal Zoom. In any case, 'Lia" quickly reassured me that she could help me through the process. Believe me when I say it didn't take her long to do what was required. We took care of my financial obligation, and no sooner was this approved when my copies of the documents were ready for me to download and scan. Overall it was a great experience.
