It's tough to grasp all the fancy legal talk without any real explanations. And if you don't get it, tough luck—they won't bother breaking it down. Trying to talk on the phone is a hassle, and when you finally do, it's not even with a lawyer who can actually answer your questions or clear things up. By that point, I still don't understand what's going on with my case, what they've done, or what I need to do. All I know is they want an extra $99 to keep things going... Seriously, it's just bad, bad, bad.

Never us them. It is a rip off. They issued me 3 duplicated DBA's and then would not refund or fix it. Charged me for all 3. They would not issue a credit to fix and would not fix the DBA's I had to pay for the ones they screwed up again. Never again.

I received a call shortly thereafter, as I believe there was a miscommunication somewhere b/t departments and what information was updated or the person had access. Anyway, the woman that called I believe was adamant and apologetic. I received a refund, and am satisfied 100% with everything I paid for. Sorry it took so long to write this... she didn't even request that I do anything in trade. Thank you.

I don't know where to start. I opted for legal zoom over inc authority which was a huge mistake on my part. First off I had issues completing my applications and received assistance navigating the process via phone call. I informed the rep I do not live in the USA, however based on my fast growing business and clients request I decided to give it a go. After the application was completed and my card charged etc, I logged into my account and realized a few discrepancies. The 99 dollar paid for Business and License is actually for a report of what to get. I also paid 199 USD for my registered agent service which I can't utilize for a lack of US address documents for verification purposes. Then the third issue I was told I can't receive my EIN because I need an ITIN number, so that's another 60 dollars gone. I was duped a total of 358 USD. And no one seem to be able to help all I am being told is that they can't refund because of their policy. Stay away from this company especially if you're a startup that isn't domicile in the USA.

They just take your money, do not help you with anything at all, if you're starting small businesses, do not recommend these people at all very shady and just want money.

I could not recommend Legal zoom any less. I will NEVER be using them, ever again. I have had nothing but issues, including; delay processing times, lack of communication/notice of order issues, unhelpful communications with service staff, lack of transparency with timelines/changes. I paid over $600 to have this be an easy and streamlined approach to starting my business, it has been nothing but a nightmare. I advise you to run fast from this site. Never again, this type of service feels like a scam and illegal. RUN.

I think I had heard about this site in passing, possibly on social media but have never given it much thought. I happened to find it when scrolling on google and decided to give it a go. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this. I used the chat system to understand more of what was needed in order to get an LLC. I was promptly paired with a representative and it was a lovely conversation. My questions were answered in full detail and they were very professional and patient. I appreciated that very much. It was an informative and brief session but I still felt very accomplished. I will be using Legal Zoom in the very near future.

I contacted Legal Zoom online today as I required information on formation of an LLC in NJ. I interacted with one of their representatives called Eden. All my queries were answered in a very pleasant and professional manner. I got a very clear perspective of what the actual requirements are and I was also informed about the timeframe. Indeed Legal Zoom is the way to go when you're in doubt. Thanks a lot Legal Zoom. I'm also going to recommend your great services to at least 10 of my acquaintances. Great job!
