As a friend turned Caregiver, preparing for medical assistance is a must! How can your answer Paramedics questions on Rx's, etc. without access to medical records and how can you pay a friend's rent or utilities? Lawyers are pricey and by the hour! A small fee & a great piece of mind = LegalZoom. Just do it!

When I first dealt with the representative Cynthia Stanley, I thought this whole thing was a hoax, and a credit card scam, to my total embarrassment. She was able to calm me down, convince me of records and product details that I have dealt with legal Zoom services in the past, she was extremely patient and very efficient and knew how to address all my concerns and doubts, patiently and meticulously instructing and guiding me to pass records, mobile apps for authenticity, and verification, Never seen anything like that. Hate to admit that I was a difficult client, but her customer service went above and beyond excellent.
