At 73 I am in process of creating my will along with POAs and needed a go-by for use in TN. These forms look reasonable for starters. I started here and am reviewing other Last Will and POA forms. I hope to finish printed and get signed and notarized and stored and/or filed with Probate Court before contacting an attorney. Picking an attorney will likely take longer than creating my own.
