Wanted to discontinue my service. Saw the telephone number and was disappointed that the phone line is not monitored and I was directed to your website. The Bot on the Chat was frustrating and took me too long to finally get to a Live Chat situation. Once I got there the experience was pleasant and I ended up actually maintaining the service at a reduced cost.

I was charged 49.95 unfairly --- asked for a refund.
The best Cris could offer after going to Accounting was a refund tied to a 9.95 subscription.
I accepted. Better than nothing == but not what i asked for, and was entitled to.

EDIT* After several attempts, complaints, and leaving negative reviews - the company has FINALLY returned my money. I will leave the original review for context.
I attempted to use this service for personal reasons. I became quickly aware that I was unable to receive what I was looking for from the services provided. I was unable to download the pdf documents, the app continuously glitched out, ultimately the service wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Within this free trial run, I decided to cancel the subscription. Apparently something went wrong because I then noticed a charge of $50 on my account taken from this company. I figured it would be a simple fix for any company with integrity or knowledge of customer service, however, I was very wrong. After three days of emails and automated responses, I have had to check my stolen $50 off as a loss. The company refuses to work with me in regard to their faulty, un-used, and unwarranted services as well as returning my hard earned money. Shame on this company and their lack of integrity.
