The biggest problem, in my opinion, is that you have to fill out your form, then at the end they tell you you have to purchase a plan to continue. I found the form difficult to edit and ended up starting the whole process over on a new form.

I was able to successfully reduce my file size, but the program off-centered my photo. I did not see an option to crop or center my photo.
