After being offered FREE documents, then dealing with a reasonably well designed site, I come to the 'review' section where, in order to continue, I am compelled to enter credit card info, to make matters WORSE my first card was declined, making me suspect whether I now have to keep tract of two card statements to make sure your outfit is not totally unethical and doing illegal things. Then once I am 'approved' I found it unintelligible how to either print these documents or cancel the subscription, now HERE['e the WIORST part! Once I DID get to the cancel page, frazzled and stressed having taken three hours to get to this point, while my dying friend is waiting for my arrival, NOW I am offered your service at 10% of what the original offer was! So HOW MUCH OF AN $#*! would I have felt like had I agreed to 50 a month only to find later that I could have had it for 5 a month! Totally unethical practice!

You don't have different template options, you only have one. It would be better if you had a variety of templates.

I just wanted to make s simple ONE PAGE ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT? That's all... I got everything BUT that! Totally confusing. Customer service/ chat services are non-existent. It's too much. Simple. I just wanted simple... Never again on this site. There has to be an easier way. Horrible site
