All good till I download and no app anywhere can open the files any of them. Every time it's can't open. I use the tools and nothing I get the word and excel files and no. I got a single file but when you look at it you can't see anything. Terrible

It was easy to use and it says it is free, BUT, they still want your billing information. What you get is a free 7 day trial, after that they charge you about $12 a month. The problem is they make it difficult to find a way to cancel. Finally managed it, but it wasn't easy.

I loved how easy it was to prepare the documents on the website. I knew, since my husband and I are in our 60s, that we needed durable Power of Attorney and Medical Power of Attorney documents. Very easy to navigate. Basically a fill in the blanks template. We used the traveling with a minor/medical consent form. Thoroughly written paperwork including area for notarization if needed. We really liked it.

I was looking for a template contract to sell my business and this was perfect for me and would use again or refer to others. It is not something that I would use as a monthly subscription though, maybe pay per document if they had a plan like that.

Used the tool to write a short amendment to a Revocable Living Trust. What I really like about the tool is that allows you to enter the original text before any modification is made, so that someone can see the differences.
