I don't remember if I used a template from Legal Templates so I let the first month's charge slide; however, I do know they have excellent customer service. It was after business hours when I tried to contact them regarding cancelling my service and issuing a refund so I sent them an email. It was Labor Day weekend so I didn't expect an answer before Tuesday. Not only did they cancel for the last month I was requesting but they refunded me for the previous charge as well. If I need another legal template, I will be sure and check them out.
Legal Templates had the perfect "Bill of Sale" document for my used car. Douglas in their customer service department was great to work with.
Making the contract that I needed was almost too easy. I unfortunately ended up not needing the document. So I cancelled the subscription, or so I thought. The transaction came through on my card so I reached out to their customer support staff and was greeted by Cris and was willing to help me get my refund request submitted and approved within less than an hour. Thank you guys so much I will be using their services and referring them in the future.

I called, spoke to a very kind and understanding young man, Douglas who helped me tremendously, gave me a confirmation number and reassured me that I could get a refund. As I explained to Douglas, I am 100% disabled and live on less than $500.00 a month and can in no way afford this service. It is a very good service and I will recommend it to family and friends. Excellent customer service provided by Chris. Chris came well trained and immediately took action to resolve my concerns by providing a credit confirmation number, the e-mail to send refund request and concluding by asking did I have any additional concerns. Chris is an example of the type of customer service employees that companies should strive to employ.
Jury is out if I will be getting my refund, but I appreciated the quick response. I wasn't able to cancel in time before the trial ended. The document I needed was very helpful though.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They will charge your credit card even if you cancel their trial within the allotted time frame and then tell you you can get a refund if you leave a positive review for them. It is extortion. I refused to leave a positive review and they told me I would not be receiving a refund, even though I canceled my trial well within the allotted time frame. The Better Business Bureau is looking into this very shady company.
I cancelled my service with Legal Templates and on the same day they charged for another month of services. I used two templates in four months. Nothing the last two months and they charged me another month. Douglas at customer services really had no common sense about customer service and stated he did see where the problem was. Not a way to run a business but I guess with the internet services now days, it really does not matter with this company. Suck the money out out of customers no matter what.
