I used LegalTemplates to create a lease agreement and it was extremely easy. I had an issue with the autopayment and contacted the customer support team and they were more than happy to assist me. I would absolutely recommend LegalTemplates and will use them in the future.

They even offered me a 2 week free trial in which I used to make my one document, and then they were quick to respond to help me cancel after I got what I needed. I definitely recommend to others, and will definitely come back

Customer service was excellent. I used the site once, but was subsequently charged for 2 months after. I contacted customer service to request a refund. I was pretty much immediately contacted and they started the refund process. If I ever had the need to use their services again, I definitely would.

I was charged for two months accidentally after I subscribed and they responded right away and put the refund into action. When I was a subscriber I put to use many of the legal templates with ease.

This service was great. I liked how easy it was to create the document I needed. However, it was a little difficult to get in contact them to cancel my subscription initially but when I did they were very quick in getting it done. Douglas responded to me quickly and issued a refund with no problem. I would use the service again.

I really appreciated the ability to access the form that I needed so easily. LT provided just what I was looking for. Because I loved its accessibility, I subscribed. But, I just do not conduct the volume of business to account for the $40 monthly cost. I have not had the need for the service except the one incidence. I would definitely recommend though.
