This website was very easy to use. Also I forgot to cancel my subscription within my 14 day trial. I spoke to Cris via the Live Chat and he not only cancelled my subscription but helped in guiding me on how to request a refund. Easy to use templates, super accessible with many options to choose from. The monthly fee is a little spendy though.

Website falsely claims that you can create a FREE document. After they make you go through the whole process and sign up, they then say you have to start a TRIAL membership or pay $59.95 for the document...

Had a issues with someone using my card to access the online template.As soon as I called and informed them of he activity's the was able to give me answers on how long and when I could be expecting my funds to hit my card I never experienced such fast results so soon usually they hassle you on how and why who and where thanks

Customer service is 100%! Any issue you might have can be resolved in minutes by giving customer support a call and they will clear up any confusion or misunderstandings.

Using the template was easy, straight forward and created an accurate professional document. Also, I had a problem with billing that was COMPLETELY my fault and Victoria handled it with polite professionalism. Great customer service!

Needed an Intent to Purchase for a real estate transaction. I was able to locate the correct document and was guided through completing it. Easy to download and save as well. Overall a great site for do it yourself legal documents!
