Beware. Unauthorized charges to my credit card for services never asked for or authorized. Setup recurring monthly charges to bank account - currently 3 times. Do not recommend.

It has a solarium attached to the back of the house. It has a whirlpool bath for two and has a bay-window looking out into the back garden. The kitchen has a breakfast area with a bay-window looking out to the back garden. Family room has a bay-window looking out to the side of the house. The back yard has trails through the woodland area. There is porch to the front double door front entrance. It has a circular stair-case leading to a beautiful landing with triple windows to the front of the house. The basement has a finished recreational room, finished laundry room, a half bathroom, and a workshop area. There are two garages. The two furnaces for the three floors are in a separate part of the basement accessible through the laundry room. The outside original stucco walls are covered with additional insulation(R2) and aluminum-vinyl covering. The outside of the house is especially well drained through multiple buried pipes.The front and the back of the house is very well landscaped with beautiful mature trees and shrubs. An unusually beautiful back yard to enjoy from the solarium. The attic has ten inches of insulation. There are three exhaust fans in the attic to remove hot air.

The information doesn't show specific owners name, just states the main owner, then last name, family. Also the house is actually a three bedroom not two., Google images are outdated about 5 years.

I GOT THIS SERVICE BECOSE IT SAID IT SHOWED THE LOT LINES.NO LUCK FINDING THEM ANYWHERE ON THE SITE. OTHERWIZE IT DID HAVE ALOT OF INFO ABOUT MY HOUSE.

This report is the bare minimum information and does not give me all of the history available in TAD. It is like a bait and switch! Very disappointed.

This site has ALL the info needed to assess real estate here in Miami. My only concern is/was: how come I did not know about it before today., It is awesome...,,,,

I signed up for a one time lookup for one dollar. The information provided was all available on public record sites but it was convenient to find it all in one place. However, I have had $18.95 billed to my credit card for each of the three months since. I tried to cancel on line and by phone but they seem to be in no hurry. I would not advise using this service even if you only authorize one time only payment for a single search.

I was to be charged $ 1.00 for my property review. I was charged $ 18.95? I did call them up and was informed that was the charge for a year of service. I asked for a refund and to cancel my service. This was done on 2/26/2021. As of this date I have not seen a credit on my account 3/10/2021. The web site tells me that it will take 90 days before I see a credit. It did not take that long to take me money out of my account.
