This was easy to use but I didn't know you had to pay money for the report. $1 is reasonable but would have liked to be told in advance.

The review was interesting, but not what I was looking for. I was hoping to be able to determine my property line to the west.

Quite an interesting service as to how they consolidate a lot of data about home into one nice report. The data seems quite accurate and from available public records. Saves a lot of time by their service. Slick website flow as well.

Site was very easy to navigate. Found all I was looking for in about 5 minutes. Will recommend this site to family and friends.

Appreciate info given. But I did Not get the Property tax information
Nor Lien information. Date mortgage was was clear.

It didn't take very long to get my detailed report. Great deal for $1. They also include a check list of items to go over when buying/selling a home.

Was quite pleased with the ease of data access. Directed to this site from my County public records office. Only thing missing was the deed information for the boat slip associated to this property, which I will research and correct. No complaints with what was provided!

The information given was useful. It listed most of the statistics about our property. Including such things as date of construction, square footage of lot as well as square footage of the home. It does take a while to download (about three minutes in our case) so please be patient.

This service is excellent. We got what we wanted immediately once we paid the dollar. We had no problem or issue.

Well worth the $1. I received a FULL report of the house, land, school and taxes. If I had it apprised by someone else in that area it would have cost me about $600.00.

I was surprised - 0-beds; 0-baths; 0-sf,,, thus, told me nothing. Not up to date.
Also surprised Sumter Co charges for their reports. Previous county="no charge" for info.

Im very satisfied with my inquiry. It really gives details you really need and can use. Very worth it.

This website is difficult to use. Following the instructions is difficult to navigate. The steps are not easy to follow and if one accidentally pushes the incorrect key, the whole screen goes back to the initial blank screen and one must start the entire process over. I actually paid the $1.00 fee, twice, and still had to call the support number to get logged into the system. Even then I was unable to get all of the info I needed. I do recommend using this system!

There are people out there who like to scam people and this helped me alot. Thank you because i was scammed before, if i would have known about this i probably wouldn`t have gotten scammed.
