I paid a dollar and was charged 23.95. Plus they are affiliated with another scammer homcheckusacom. I'm quite angry. Crooked Bastards.

Supposedly I was paying 1$ for some real-estate info. Got 1 page basic info. And billed $23.95.
I am furious as I am on fixed income.

It shows the information on properties for only $1. Just make sure to cancel the membership or you can get charged monthly. They are sooo good at cancelling for you. Good customer service.

Comprehensive overview of property. Loved the street view. The property was described as having 2 fireplaces. However there is only one. Appreciate the listing and rating of nearby schools. Also very much appreciate the checklist. This will come in handy if we ever decide to sell.

I was expecting to find the chain of ownership for my home. Unfortunately, none was included with the report which is the reason I inquired in the first place. Otherwise, the report is factual, and useful but values somewhat dated.
