Informative and easy, do not know why you ask for such a lengthy review of your site but will not say any more

I actually got more info than I was looking for. What I was interested in was the physical characteristics, i. E. size, number of rooms, sq. Footage, etc. The ability to get the title info was a plus. I was not interested in the provided resource library, but I found the Home Inspection checklist to be pretty through and I may use it in the future.

Just trying to find an idea of what the relative commercial property values are in the area. Good application but needs a little more detail which I think will improve as data is collected.

Very good information provided on the subject property, but no APN which would have helped me greatly.

I wanted property HISTORY. It only gave me MY information. I wanted to know who the previous owners were!

Unfortunately there are many mistakes to this report. The house is 4,200 square feet and it has 4 bed, 3 full baths. Those are the main differences

Legal Home Lookup did give me information I didn't have. Since this is an older home, I would have liked more data about former owners and details about possible sale value. I wanted to see photos on Zillow.

First off, there was a great degree of incorrect information, so it wasn't worth a dollar. The photos selected did not do the property justice at all. There is no picture of the front of the house therefore there is no way of knowing what it actually looks like. There is one full bath, one three-quarter bath, and one-half bath. Next it is a two-story house. Total area is 2174 including basement.

I came to this site to find out about Homestead Exemption and if we have that on our report. I received a letter to renew the exemption but I wasn't sure if we had it. I did not find that listed in our report so I am going to call anyways

The Report is minimum, although I got some vital information that will be helpful.

I purchased a new home and started getting cash offers for the "12 acres" that i supposedly purchased. I only purchased a small home on a half-acre lot, so I tried to look up the property online to see what was being reported, the link for my county took me to this site and for $1.00 I was supposed to get a report. There was no info provided to me on the property unless I create an account and log in. After Logging in there was still no info, then I received a fraud alert on my credit card app. Not only did they charge $1.00, but then charged an additional $23.95. I disputed the charge. The next month they charged an additional $23.95. I cancelled the credit card and received a new number and I do not know how but they are now charging my new card 23.95 and I am having to go through the dispute process again and again. How to get FBI or someone involved to shut down this scam.

The site stated I would be charged a dollar. The dollar charge appeared on my card along with a separate charge of $23.95 which I disputed. From the reviews I am making sure they don't try to make this a monthly charge. What I ended up getting was someone's spreadsheet (not a legal document) showing my neighbor is the owner of my home. Also, the site stated that I would get property details, tax history, payment history, mortgage history, etc. none of which was on the spreadsheet. When I emailed them I was told sorry that is all we have on the property, but here's another site to go to. Save your receipt and we'll reimburse you.

Need more information is needed as to number bedrooms that was not in there only baths... also heated and under roof sq. Ft.

This is the first time using this site. It gives a full property report as well as checklists for a home inspection. It was actually more than I expected and beats going to the Records office to stand in line, only for them to come up with so many reasons that they cant help you today.
