Buy American only, make America great. I didn't realize this company was in Hong Kong, was going to return the product, but have to pay shipping & restocking fee, just not worth the hassle.

Nice lights and fit decent but i should have known they weren't made in the usa,also found them on ebay for almost a hundred dollars less after i had already received these!

Seem to be well built. One complaint I have is, no instructions what so ever in the package. Nothing telling you what wires go to which function. You have to figure this out on your own.

I have the item installed, but where are the instructions to wire it up? Where's the YouTube Video?
I would not have bought the grille if you expect people to just figure it out.

Shipping was quick. Did not have any description on what bulbs went where. Should put that on the individual boxes so Noone installs incorrect.

The product seems nice and sturdy but mine arrived with several scratches and gouges. Hard to tell if it was from shipping or the packaging process. I contacted LED and they said to just paint over the scratches. Sorry, but I paid $500 for a rack, not the most expensive, but it's still $500. I expect the product to arrive new or be replaced with a new one if the one received is damaged. It seems like I'm stuck with this one, so the only thing I can do now is leave this review and not purchase from them anymore. Good luck to those on the fence, I hope you receive your product damage free.

Do not buy anything before reading all negative reviews.They are true, Don't. Make the same mistake I did.
Worst costumer service. Almost cero to none.
Bought some foglights for my Tacoma
Shipping was slow. Some minor scratches on lens, missing lock washers and wrong size screws.
I believe I got a previous return order from someone else.
Requested a return within 2 hours of receiving the package.
Got a email right away stating my request it's being review? It's been days now. No response.
I found out they want you to pay for shipping and 10 to 50 percent of item price for restocking fee!
I ended up going to hardware store and got proper size screws and washers. Since still no response from them. And don't want to loose more days time and money.
Do u self a favor and wait one more paycheck to save a bit more and get the real thing.
Don't do my mistake and try to save a bit of money. Remember u get what your pay for.
Fog lights feels and look like knockoffs.
And don't get me started with the instructions, they are a joke.
Buy at your own risk.

I purchased for my 2009 Tacoma the "Roxmad LED Fog Lights with Yellow Lens for 2005-Later Toyota".
After receiving the lights they are noticeably smaller than the stock fog lights. I took them to 2 off road centers to get them installed, Off-Road Warehouse and 4 Wheel parts, both shops said they were the wrong size. I reached out to LEDFactory Mart and advised them they were incorrectly labeled to fit my truck, David Mathews from LED Mart replied and said they do fit. I then tried to fit them personally and they were way too small (picture attached). I asked to get these returned and refunded more than once. David has now replied that I can drive them to their CA location 75 miles away, or resell them myself to a private party. Can you believe it! If not I would have to pay for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Customer service is not what LED MART does very well, especially on a product that does not fit the recommended vehicle. I will be disputing my credit card charge.

It's plug in play. If you have a halogen bulb originally in there this product is the perfect replacement. Everything is perfect as advertised.

I bought a set of lights for 2024 4Runner,the sequential brake lights. I recommend to test lights before starting removing the wings and screws.The LEDs look bright at night and they are well built.The installation is tricky since there is not mention that there is a need to drill holes to run wires, in general the instruction are bad not for the DIY guy.
It took me at least 1 1-2 hour for installation.

Answer: Extremely difficult! You get an auto-reply they received your emails, but no one actually emails you back. Their hotline is only open 4 hours a day. They respond one time a day on FB Messenger, at 2am when most people are asleep and can't continue a conversation. Extremely ridiculous.
Answer: I just installed them. Everything is plug and play, and everything went together without modification which is nice for my 16 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.
Answer: Scam! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They STILL haven't replaced a defective headlight even though I'm under a 1 year warranty.
